Auditorio A: the hall where the annual report is voted and people keep the kick-off t-shirt

Auditorio A is the plenary hall of the Reforma-Santa Fe corridor where listed companies, multilatinas with regional presence and multi-site corporates hold their annual shareholder assembly, sales kick-off, leadership convention and quarterly results presentation for analysts. Capacity runs from 500 guests in schoolroom layout with tables of 10, 650 in theatre with central aisle and lateral stands, and 800 in standing cocktail with catering islands. The stage fits a six-person panel, presidential table with logo, LED screen up to 8x4 metres, simultaneous electronic voting system, and back-of-house with press room, protocol room and broadcast room. Free height is 7 metres, enough to hang lighting truss, broadcast cameras and corporate backings up to 6 metres high. The Auditorio A kitchen runs three catering tiers (essential, premium, premium-plus) and bar service with cellar. We run four merch packages for assemblies and plenaries.

Auditorio A logistics, loading access and schedules

Auditorio A runs three loading accesses off the main avenue and the side street. The main access accepts a full-load trailer from 05:00 to 23:00; the secondary access accepts one 3.5-tonne truck and two cargo vans simultaneously from 07:00 to 21:00; the underground parking access accepts a cargo van from 08:00 to 20:00. The setup window runs 18 to 24 hours before the event, and the strike window runs 4 to 8 hours after doors close. The Auditorio A operations crew audits every merch box with a metal detector, X-ray scan and visual inspection; POP merch requires an entry guide signed by the organiser and the Auditorio A operations lead. For shareholder assemblies with public broadcast (BMV, Nasdaq, investor events), we comply with the broadcast protocol, with pieces carrying no third-party logos or with digital suppression when the corporate manual demands it.

For international productions (IMMEX, EU, Asia), we invoice in USD at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day and comply with the Auditorio A's Federal Taxpayer Registry. The custody chain is logged with photo, signature and timestamp at every checkpoint: dock entry, transfer to back-of-house, set-up on table or counter, restock during the event, post-event collection. For charities receiving surplus merch, we coordinate with the corporate Social Responsibility office and the Auditorio A warehouse.

Auditorio A compliance, restrictions and permits

Auditorio A enforces operational rules the merch must respect: no indoor pyrotechnics, no merch with sharp edges, no merch with flammable materials, no pets, no outside food or beverage outside the Auditorio A catering service. For limited-edition merch (numbered t-shirt, signed book, author press), we coordinate with the Auditorio A operations area to ensure each piece passes the security protocol. For events with public officials, diplomatic corps or international artists, we comply with the Auditorio A security protocol and the Bancaria e Industrial Police when applicable.

For SAT invoicing, we issue a CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown and supporting documentation for deduction as Marketing, Public Relations or Training expense, depending on the merch use. For corporates with IMMEX or EU operations, we issue complementary invoicing in USD or EUR and support USMCA compliance when the merch crosses the border. The merch is delivered with Carta Porte 3.0 when interstate or international transit applies, with the foreign trade complement when applicable, and with the payment complement when the corporate pays in instalments.
