World Trade Center in CDMX: the international expo where the Texas buyer signs the purchase order with the Querétaro manufacturer before the 10 AM coffee and the exhibitor kit crosses the border with USMCA compliance

World Trade Center in CDMX is the exhibition and corporate-office complex on Insurgentes Sur with 30,000 m² of trade-show floor, B2B rooms with simultaneous interpretation service, press rooms for Bloomberg, Reuters and Financial Times correspondents, international-guest access with customs sealing for samples, and two thousand parking spots that fill with foreign plates during expo season. ProMéxico international B2B fairs run here, along with reverse trade missions with U.S., Canadian, German and Japanese buyers, food-industry expos with U.S. importers, advanced-manufacturing fairs with IMMEX and USMCA presence, and AMEXCAP forums. What defines WTC CDMX is the binational rhythm: merch crosses the border with Carta Porte 3.0 and SAT invoicing coexists with complementary USD and EUR invoicing.

Logistics, USMCA and custody at WTC CDMX

WTC CDMX has freight access through the complex's service road with restricted hours from 5:00 to 10:00 AM on setup day, with a log signed by WTC operations and the exhibitor's logistics chief. For product samples imported under USMCA compliance, we handle temporary import pedimento with return commitment and Carta Porte 3.0 for transit from the airport to the booth. For samples with IMMEX compliance, we run the certificate of origin when the kit includes U.S. components and support for the foreign trade complement of CFDI 4.0.

For expos combining Mexican manufacturers and international buyers, we run partial shipments from production plants in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey with Carta Porte 3.0 and border crossing through Laredo or Nuevo Laredo when applicable, with customs-schedule compliance. For international missions with European Union buyers, we run GDPR compliance in handling European-buyer data and support for local-VAT invoicing when the exhibitor has an EU subsidiary. For missions with Asian buyers, we coordinate with the client's customs broker and comply with local merchandise-entry restrictions.

For exhibitors invoicing through SAT, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as International Marketing or Foreign Buyer Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD and EUR at the Banco de México FIX rate of the prior day and compliance with the foreign-operations regime. For corporates with triple MXN/USD/EUR invoicing, we run the payment complement when the operation closes in installments.

USMCA, IMMEX compliance and WTC CDMX prohibitions

WTC CDMX operates under ProMéxico, Ministry of Economy and CANACO rules for international expos: no merch with elements that obstruct encrypted retransmission abroad, no undeclared devices admitted through the trade-mission security manifest, no competitor-brand merch during B2B sessions, no photography or recording during private sessions, no outside food or beverages beyond the WTC's authorized catering. For USMCA-compliant expos, we run pieces with inventory traceability and compliance with Article 27 of the Fiscal Code of the Federation.

For IMMEX-compliant expos, we run pieces with certificate of origin when the kit includes U.S. components and support for the foreign trade complement of CFDI 4.0. For expos with encrypted retransmission to Washington, Brussels or Tokyo, we run on-screen-compliant pieces with channel transmission protocol compliance and concealed pieces for transmission when the compliance manual requires it. For missions with ProMéxico and Ministry of Economy attendance, we comply with the institutional protocol and run pieces with the Mexican crest.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as International Marketing, Foreign Buyer Relations or Public Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD and EUR and foreign-operations-regime compliance. For international missions, we file temporary import pedimentos when the kit returns to Mexico and comply with Article 27 of the Fiscal Code of the Federation for deducting expenses abroad.
