Foro Indie Rocks has freight access through the access street with restricted hours from 5:00 to 9:00 AM on setup day, with a log signed by Foro operations and the demo day production chief. Material moves to the hall back-of-house in sealed boxes with lot numbers and stays under lock until registration opens. For demo days with encrypted retransmission to Silicon Valley, we run delivery with armed escort when the kit value exceeds 500,000 MXN.

For demo days combining national and international founders, we run partial shipments from production plants in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey with Carta Porte 3.0 when applicable. For pitch competitions with Silicon Valley VCs, we comply with the tech-summit international protocol and run neutral-branded pieces when the event has exclusivity contracts. For international missions with accelerators, we comply with the institutional protocol and run neutral-branded pieces.

For corporates invoicing through SAT, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Digital Marketing or Startup Ecosystem Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD at the Banco de México FIX rate of the prior day and compliance with the foreign-operations regime. Foro Indie Rocks operates under accelerator and VC-fund rules for pitch competitions: no merch with elements that interfere with pitch deck projection, no undeclared devices admitted through the demo day security manifest, no competitor-brand merch in the official sponsoring VC's exclusivity zones, no photography or recording during live pitches without founder authorization, no outside food or beverages beyond the Foro's authorized catering. For demo days with encrypted retransmission to Silicon Valley, we run pieces compliant with the channel transmission protocol.

For pitch competitions with international accelerator attendance, we comply with the accelerator institutional protocol and run neutral-branded pieces when the official sponsor isn't the accelerator. For demo days with encrypted retransmission abroad, we run on-screen-compliant pieces with channel protocol compliance and concealed pieces for transmission when the compliance manual requires it. For indie concerts with international musician attendance, we comply with the concert promoter protocol and run neutral-branded pieces.

For medium-demand dates, sixty days. For low-demand dates, forty-five days. Express production with less than twenty-one days carries a 35% surcharge. Reservations run with a fourteen-point brief: demo day date, expected founder count, sponsoring VC brand manual, color palette, tech compliance protocol, international retransmission, load-in logistics, SAT invoicing and post-event donation.
