Querétaro Convention Center: the aerospace expo where the Tier 1 supplier signs the contract with Bombardier before the 10 AM coffee and the exhibitor kit crosses the intercontinental airport with IMMEX compliance

Querétaro Convention Center is the Bajío industrial-corridor fair hall with 12,000 m² of industrial floor, customs-sealed access for parts imported under IMMEX, heavy-duty freight elevators and a maneuvering yard for trailers that connect with the Querétaro Intercontinental Airport and the regional aerospace suppliers. Aerospace fairs (FAMEX, Mexico Aerospace Forum) run here, where Tier 1 suppliers of Bombardier, Safran, GE Aviation and Airbus present their component lines, electro-mobility fairs of the Querétaro-San Luis Potosí-Aguascalientes industrial corridor, CANACINTRA Querétaro and Bajío Aerospace Cluster congresses, B2B meetings with U.S., Canadian and French buyers, and ProMéxico missions with the French industry. What defines Querétaro Convention Center is the aerospace rhythm: merch crosses the border with Carta Porte 3.0 and SAT invoicing coexists with complementary EUR and USD invoicing.

Logistics, IMMEX, USMCA and custody at Querétaro

Querétaro Convention Center has freight access through the main gate with restricted hours from 5:00 to 11:00 AM on setup day, with a log signed by center operations and the exhibitor's logistics chief. For imported aerospace display parts under IMMEX, we handle temporary import pedimento with return commitment and Carta Porte 3.0 for transit from the Querétaro Intercontinental Airport to the booth floor. For components with USMCA compliance, we run the certificate of origin when the kit includes U.S. parts and support for the foreign trade complement of CFDI 4.0.

For expos combining Mexican manufacturers and international buyers, we run partial shipments from plants in Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes and Salamanca with Carta Porte 3.0 and border crossing through Laredo or Nuevo Laredo when applicable, with customs-schedule compliance. For international missions with European buyers, we coordinate with the exhibitor's international courier and comply with customs schedules. For missions with ProMéxico France attendance, we comply with the institutional protocol and run pieces with the ProMéxico crest.

For aerospace manufacturers invoicing through SAT, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Aerospace Marketing or Tier 1 Supplier Relations expense. For manufacturers with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD and EUR at the Banco de México FIX rate of the prior day and compliance with the IMMEX regime when the exhibitor is enrolled in the Specific Sectors Importers Registry. For corporates with binational operations, we handle dual MXN/USD invoicing with the payment complement when the operation closes in installments.

IMMEX, USMCA compliance and Querétaro prohibitions

Querétaro Convention Center operates under CANACINTRA Querétaro, Bajío Aerospace Cluster and Querétaro Ministry of Economy rules for aerospace expos: no entry of aerospace components without current pedimento, no merch referencing uncertified AS9100 regulations, no undeclared devices through the exhibitor security manifest, no photography of aerospace prototypes without exhibitor authorization, no outside food or beverages beyond the center's authorized catering. For IMMEX-compliant expos, we run pieces with inventory traceability and compliance with Article 27 of the Fiscal Code of the Federation.

For USMCA-compliant expos, we run pieces with certificate of origin when the kit includes U.S. components and support for the foreign trade complement of CFDI 4.0. For expos with Ministry of Economy and ProMéxico attendance, we comply with the institutional protocol and run pieces without third-party logos. For expos with encrypted retransmission to Toronto, Paris or Toulouse, we run pieces compliant with the aerospace OEM transmission protocol and concealed pieces for transmission when the compliance manual requires it.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Aerospace Marketing, Tier 1 Supplier Relations or Public Relations expense. For manufacturers with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD and EUR and IMMEX-regime compliance when the exhibitor is enrolled in the Importers Registry. For corporates with dual invoicing, we run the payment complement when installments apply. Delivery to booth is documented with a slip signed by the center operations chief and the exhibitor logistics lead.
