Logistics, access and custody at Bellas Artes

Palacio de Bellas Artes has freight access through Calle de Acceso Norte with restricted hours from 6:00 to 11:00 AM on setup day, with a log signed by Palace operations and the INBAL production chief. Material moves to the stage back-of-house in sealed boxes with lot numbers and stays under lock until registration opens. For galas with retransmission to Canal 22 or the INBAL channel, we run delivery with armed escort when the kit value exceeds 600,000 MXN.

For galas combining national and international guests, we run partial shipments from production plants in CDMX, Guadalajara and Oaxaca with Carta Porte 3.0 when applicable. For international tours continuing to Paris, Madrid or Buenos Aires, we coordinate with the INBAL organizing committee's cultural courier. The merch chain of custody is documented with signature, timestamp and photo at every checkpoint: Calle de Acceso Norte intake, Palace operations inspection, back-of-house transfer, intermission restocking and post-event collection.

For INBAL and corporates invoicing through SAT, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Culture, Education or Public Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD at the Banco de México FIX rate of the prior day and compliance with the foreign-operations regime. For corporates with dual invoicing, we run the payment complement when the operation closes in installments.

INBAL, SHCP compliance and Bellas Artes prohibitions

Palacio de Bellas Artes operates under INBAL Directorate and Ministry of Culture rules for artistic performances: no merch with elements that obstruct the Tiffany curtain visibility, no outside food or beverages beyond the Palace's catering service, no competitor-brand merch in the official sponsor's exclusivity zones, no professional photography during the performance without INBAL staff authorization, no elements foreign to the artistic protocol. For galas with retransmission to Canal 22, we run pieces compliant with the cultural-channel transmission protocol.

For galas with diplomatic corps attendance, we comply with the institutional security protocol and run pieces without third-party logos. For galas with encrypted retransmission abroad, we run on-screen-compliant pieces with channel protocol compliance and concealed pieces for transmission when the compliance manual requires it. For galas with UNESCO attendance, we comply with the international protocol and run pieces with the UNESCO crest when INBAL has cultural cooperation with the organization.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Culture, Education or Public Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD and foreign-operations-regime compliance.
