Pepsi Center WTC CDMX: the day where the CTO signs the enterprise contract with the CFO in the demo zone and the summit kit leaves the hall with the annual-license QR code

Pepsi Center WTC CDMX is the conference hall inside the World Trade Center with 4,500 seats, demo room with dedicated 10 Gbps internet, laptop charging hubs, B2B zones with round tables, press rooms for The Information, TechCrunch en español and Xataka, and lobby with LED screens to show keynotes live. SaaS summits of Latin platforms (Kavak, Clip, Konfío, Bitso) run here, along with big-tech conferences (Google Cloud Mexico, AWS Mexico, Microsoft Mexico, Oracle Mexico), unicorn-startup launches, AMVO and CDN conference cycles, and Mexican editions of Web Summit. What defines Pepsi Center WTC CDMX is the digital rhythm: merch carries QR codes, activation keys and trial accounts that live in the cloud.

Logistics, access and custody at Pepsi Center WTC

Pepsi Center WTC CDMX has freight access through the WTC underground parking with restricted hours from 5:00 to 9:00 AM on setup day, with a log signed by WTC operations and the summit production chief. Material moves to the hall back-of-house in sealed boxes with lot numbers and stays under lock until registration opens. For summits with encrypted retransmission to Silicon Valley, we run delivery with armed escort when the kit value exceeds 800,000 MXN.

For summits combining national and international speakers, we run partial shipments from production plants in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey with Carta Porte 3.0 when applicable. For international editions of Web Summit or SaaStr, we comply with the tech-summit international protocol and run neutral-branded pieces when the event has exclusivity contracts. For international missions with Silicon Valley VCs, we run GDPR compliance and support for complementary USD invoicing.

For corporates invoicing through SAT, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and support for deduction as Digital Marketing or Tech Ecosystem Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD at the Banco de México FIX rate of the prior day and compliance with the foreign-operations regime. For startups with dual invoicing, we run the payment complement when the operation closes in installments.

Tech, SAT compliance and Pepsi Center WTC prohibitions

Pepsi Center WTC CDMX operates under WTC, AMVO and CDN rules for tech conferences: no merch with elements that interfere with the demo room's dedicated internet, no undeclared devices admitted through the summit security manifest, no competitor-brand merch in the official sponsor's exclusivity zones, no photography or recording during live demos without exhibitor authorization, no outside food or beverages beyond the WTC's authorized catering. For summits with encrypted retransmission to Silicon Valley, we run pieces compliant with the channel transmission protocol.

For summits with big-tech attendance (Google, AWS, Microsoft, Oracle), we comply with the big-tech institutional protocol and run neutral-branded pieces when the official sponsor isn't the big tech. For summits with encrypted retransmission abroad, we run on-screen-compliant pieces with channel protocol compliance and concealed pieces for transmission when the compliance manual requires it. For conferences with ProMéxico and Ministry of Economy attendance, we comply with the institutional protocol and run pieces with the Mexican crest.

For SAT invoicing, we issue CFDI 4.0 with the 16% IVA breakdown and deduction support as Digital Marketing, Tech Ecosystem Relations or Public Relations expense. For corporates with international operations, we run complementary invoicing in USD and foreign-operations-regime compliance. For startups, we issue a donation certificate when the kit is delivered as part of the pitch-competition winner's recognition and qualifies as a deductible donation under Article 27 of the LISR.
