HR merch and people-program kits in Mexico
Branded merchandise, new-hire onboarding kits, anniversary-program merch, retention-cycle gifting, recruiting-event presence, and people-program merch for the Mexican HR and people-program ecosystem — REMA (the Mexican HR industry association), OCCMundial, Bumeran, Indeed Mexico, LinkedIn Mexico's recruiting-cycle, Randstad Mexico, Manpower Mexico, the Mexican HR-tech cluster (Worky, Osmos, Bumeran, the Mexican payroll-tech boutique network), the Mexican employer-brand cluster, the Mexican in-house HR departments at Cemex, Femsa, Bimbo, Alfa, Orbia, Arca Continental, Grupo Salinas.
Mexican HR merch runs against the hiring and retention calendar
Mexican HR programs operate against a calendar the European and US HR programs do not share. The hiring cycle peaks in March-April (post-Easter hiring), July-August (summer hiring), and October-November (El Buen Fin and Christmas-season hiring). The anniversary-program cycle aligns with the company's fiscal-year close and the year-end recognition cycle. The retention-cycle gifting aligns with the Q1 and Q3 retention-review cycle.
The merch has to clear the LFT (Ley Federal del Trabajo) and the LFT-aligned employment-law framework. The LFT-aligned profit-sharing (PTU — Participación de los Trabajadores en las Utilidades) cycle aligns with the May-June PTU distribution; the LFT-aligned aguinaldo (Christmas bonus) cycle aligns with the December bonus payment. The merch program has to clear both cycles.
Programs we run for HR and people-program teams
New-hire onboarding kits
For the new-hire onboarding cycle — branded apparel for the new hire, line-leader apparel for the new hire's manager, the new-hire welcome kit with tote bag, art-direction notebook, logo polo or hoodie, Tonalá ceramic mug, encrypted USB, branded bottled water. Per-month runs of 5–50 kits, annual runs of 250–2,500 pieces for the larger Mexican employers with constant hiring.
Anniversary-program and recognition kits
For the anniversary-program and recognition cycle (5-year, 10-year, 25-year milestones) — premium tier uses Italian vegetable-tanned leather from the Toscana partner; standard tier uses Mexican full-grain leather sourced in León, Guanajuato. Both tiers can be paired with a Montblanc-equivalent pen. Per-program runs of 25–500 pieces.
Retention-cycle gifting
For the retention-cycle gifting program — annual cycle program targeted to the top performers and the high-retention-risk employees. Premium tier includes personalised pen, leather portfolio, and a curated Mexican product (Oaxaca mezcal, Yucatán honey, Jalisco coffee); standard tier includes a Mexican full-grain leather accessory.
Recruiting-event and employer-brand kits
For the recruiting-event and employer-brand cycle (the Mexican university recruiting fair, theemployer-brand awards, the LinkedIn Mexico's recruiting-cycle events) — branded apparel, attendee merch, gift-quality items for the prospective hire and the partner table. Per-event runs of 50–500 pieces.
The corporate brand-manual fidelity is the brief
For HR programs, the corporate brand-manual is the brief. The brand team sends us the moodboard, the Pantone palette, the typography, the materials reference, the logo art direction, and the voice tone. The merch proposal we hand the HR team respects every element of the brand direction without flattening it.
For unique constructions (sublimated microfiber, debossed Tyvek, custom silicone wristbands with embedded NFC, hand-stitched leather objects) we sample in our CDMX workshop before committing to the production run. The Pantone-match approval sample travels with the production run, so the corporate brand team can verify the colour match before the production run ships.

Yes — every kit ships bilingual Spanish/English where the employer operates across the LATAM and US procurement lines. Care labels and country-of-origin are NOM-004 compliant.
USD billing for the global employer?
Yes — the global employer's procurement line is invoiced in USD. The Mexico-side procurement line bills in MXN with CFDI 4.0 and IVA broken out.
Pantone fidelity?
Yes — every garment and premium piece is matched to the corporate brand manual against Pantone Solid Coated. We supply a Pantone-match approval sample before the production run ships.
LFT and PTU-aligned calendar?

Let's plan your next HR merch cycle
If you run an HR team, people-program function, or employer-brand group with a Mexican footprint — let's talk. We need the hiring cycle, anniversary-program moment, applicable art direction, and procurement line (Mexico or global) to send a proposal within 24–48 working hours.
