Mexican enterprise merch runs against the plant-uniform and AGM calendar

Mexican enterprise groups operate against a calendar that small companies do not share. The plant-uniform rollouts run twice a year — March (the spring season) and September (the autumn season) — and the merch has to clear each plant's safety tier and the corporate brand-manual. The AGM (Annual General Meeting) cycle runs in March-April for most Mexican listed groups; the merch has to land at the AGM venue four weeks before the meeting opens, with the corporate-gift and the shareholder-kit ready for the day.

The customer-loyalty program runs continuously through the year. The Mexican industrial group's customer-loyalty program spans Bimbo's White Bread Club, Femsa's OXXO-premios program, Arca Continental's Coca-Cola-premios program, Liverpool's Recompensas program, Palacio de Hierros's Recompensas program, Elektra's Presta program. The merch has to clear each program's brand-manual and the loyalty program's redemption cycle.

Programs we run for enterprise groups

Plant-uniform and facility-apparel rollouts

For the plant-uniform rollouts — March (spring) and September (autumn) — branded apparel for the plant workforce, the line-leader apparel, the supervisor apparel, and the safety-tier apparel. Aligned to the corporate safety specification. NOM-004 textile labelling, NOM-009-STPS-2011 alignment for the safety footwear, NOM-017-STPS-2008 alignment for the personal-protective equipment. Per-plant runs of 250–5,000 pieces.

AGM and shareholder-meeting kits

For the AGM (Annual General Meeting) cycle in March-April — branded apparel, premium presentation kits, gift-quality items for the shareholders and the board. Premium tier uses Italian vegetable-tanned leather from the Toscana partner; standard tier uses Mexican full-grain leather sourced in León, Guanajuato. Bilingual ES/EN, brand-manual compliant.

Executive-cycle gifting

For the executive-cycle gifting program — the corporate board, the C-suite, the senior leadership of the group's business units — annual cycle program targeted to the top 50–200 executives. Premium tier includes personalised pen, leather portfolio, and a curated Mexican product (Oaxaca mezcal, Yucatán honey, Jalisco coffee); standard tier includes a Mexican full-grain leather accessory.

Customer-loyalty merch

For the customer-loyalty program — branded apparel, drinkware, gift-quality items for the top customers. Per-program runs of 500–25,000 pieces with the loyalty-program's brand-manual fidelity and the redemption-cycle fulfillment.

The corporate brand-manual fidelity is non-negotiable

The corporate brand-manual fidelity has to clear the executive-team's procurement check. When the merch lands on the executive's desk, the colour has to clear the manual, the typography has to clear the manual, the materials have to clear the manual. The Pantone palette, the embroidery thread colour, the leather quality, the pen weight — every detail has to land.

For unique constructions (sublimated microfiber, debossed Tyvek, custom silicone wristbands with embedded NFC, hand-stitched leather objects) we sample in our CDMX workshop before committing to the production run. The Pantone-match approval sample travels with the production run, so the corporate brand team can verify the colour match before the production run ships.
