Mexican co-working merch has to read as the member experience
Mexican co-working operators are in the experience business. The member pays for the desk, the meeting room, the coffee, the community — but the merch has to land as part of the experience, not as advertising. When a member walks out of a co-working space carrying a tote, a drinkware, or a notebook, the merch has to read as the member's merch, not the operator's merch.
The calendar runs against the opening-cycle rhythm. Q1 is the post-holiday member-merch cycle when the operator refreshes the member welcome kits; Q2 is the new-location opening cycle when the operator launches a new location and ships the opening merch to the venue; Q3 is the event-cycle merch when the operator hosts its investor-and-member events; Q4 is the holiday gifting cycle when the operator thanks its top members and corporate accounts.
Programs we run for co-working operators
Member welcome kits
For the new-member welcome kit — branded tote, drinkware, notebook, pen, the operator's bespoke merch proposal. Per-member runs of 50–500 pieces per month. The kit has to read as the member's merch, not the operator's merch, so the artwork is operator-branded but the design language is member-grade.
New-location opening kits
For the new-location opening cycle — branded apparel for the staff, member welcome kits for the first 30 days, sponsor-presence merch for the opening event. Per-location runs of 100–1,000 pieces. Bilingual ES/EN, Pantone-matched to the operator's brand manual.
Event-cycle merch
For the operator's investor-and-member events (demo days, investor breakfasts, member mixers, community workshops) — branded apparel, attendee merch, sponsor presence. Per-event runs of 25–500 pieces with venue delivery 24–48 hours before the event.
Corporate-account holiday gifting
For the Q4 holiday gifting cycle when the operator thanks its top corporate accounts — premium tier uses Mexican full-grain leather sourced in León, Guanajuato; standard tier uses branded apparel and drinkware. Per-account runs of 10–100 pieces.
Sponsor presence and the operator's brand-manual fidelity
The operator's brand-manual fidelity has to clear the corporate-account check. When a corporate account sits down to evaluate a co-working partner, the merch that lands at the meeting has to read as serious, modern and operationally credible. The Pantone palette, the embroidery thread colour, the leather quality, the pen weight — every detail has to land.
For sponsor presence (the co-working operator's partner sponsors — the coffee sponsor, the snack sponsor, the wellness sponsor) the merch has to clear the sponsor's brand-manual as well. We work with both the operator's brand team and the sponsor's brand team from the initial brief. The art direction comes from both teams; we translate it into a production spec the supplier can fulfil.
Pricing, MOQ and lead times — co-working

FAQ — co-working space merch
Member welcome kit — monthly recurring?
Yes — monthly recurring runs of 50–500 pieces per month, with preferred pricing on a 12-month commitment. Pricing locks at the Q1 brief and stays flat through the year unless the piece count moves ±25%.
New-location opening kit — bilingual ES/EN?
Yes — every kit ships bilingual Spanish/English where the operator operates across the LATAM and US procurement lines. Care labels and country-of-origin are NOM-004 compliant.
USD billing for the global operator parent?
Yes — the global operator's procurement line (WeWork, IWG) is invoiced in USD. The Mexico-side procurement line bills in MXN with CFDI 4.0 and IVA broken out.
Sponsor presence — Pantone fidelity?
Yes — every garment and premium piece is matched to the sponsor's brand manual against Pantone Solid Coated. We supply a Pantone-match approval sample before the production run ships.
Holiday gifting — premium tier?
Yes — premium tier uses Mexican full-grain leather sourced in León, Guanajuato (3–4 week lead time). Standard tier uses branded apparel and drinkware (5–8 working days). Both tiers can be paired with a curated Mexican product (Oaxaca mezcal, Yucatán honey, Jalisco coffee).
