Frequent products in the cluster
The most frequent products in the corporate cluster are: polo shirts in cotton or poly-cotton blend, button-down shirts, blazers and vests for sales and management, technical shirts and jackets for plant operations, caps with adjustable closure, hoodies and pullovers, backpacks and laptop bags, notebooks with leather or fabric cover, pens with laser engraving, thermos bottles and tumblers, USB drives, ceramic mugs, water bottles and drinkware, tote bags in cotton or canvas, and premium sets with Mexican beverage for year-end campaigns.
For each product the workshop recommends the material, the customisation technique and the MOQ per customer's programme. The recommendations are aligned to the use intensity, wash frequency and shelf life expected by the customer.
Regulatory considerations of the cluster
The corporate cluster in Mexico is governed by applicable NOM standards for each product type. For textiles NOM-004-SCFI-2006 applies with mandatory commercial information on the label. For electronics — USBs, headphones, power banks, Bluetooth speakers — NOM-024-SCFI-2013 applies with commercial information and, when the product connects to mains power, NOM-003-SCFI-2014 for electrical safety.
For sets with Mexican beverage NOM-141-SSA1-SCFI-2012 applies with denomination of origin, net content, alcohol grade, batch, expiration date, ingredients and warning legends. For customers with operations in the border zone the reduced IVA rate of eight per cent applies to commerce and service operations. For customers with IMMEX programme the inventory control Annex 24 applies to merchandise that is part of the productive process.
Typical cases in the cluster
Typical cases include: corporate uniform for new plant start-up, welcome kit for new hire with delivery to home address, recognition kit for service anniversary at multiple levels, year-end gift for top performers, fair kit for trade fair participation, launch kit for product presentation to distribution channel, premium gift for client loyalty programme, induction kit for first week of new international assignee.
Each case is accompanied by applicable operational documentation: size confirmation, delivery plan per destination, NOM compliance evidence, CFDI 4.0 invoicing with Carta Porte when applicable, and post-delivery quality report with AQL sampling for large runs and manual verification for small runs.
Calendar and corporate windows
The corporate cluster calendar is divided into four windows aligned to the corporate fiscal year. Q1: onboarding ramp-up, new plant openings, trade fair kits for spring fairs. Q2: production ramp-up for year-end campaigns, supplier events, summer programmes. Q3: back-to-school for education, capacity expansion projects, fall trade fairs.
Q4: year-end peak season, conventions, launches, year-end gifts, distributor campaigns. For corporate customers with annual programmes the four windows are confirmed during the Q1 programme review. For new customers we recommend placing the first order in the window that aligns to their objective.

Coverage includes deliveries to Chihuahua, Saltillo, Tijuana, Puebla, León, Mérida, Cancún, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta, with case-by-case logistics in additional destinations.
For corporate customers with multi-site operations we coordinate logistics from a single point of contact with dedicated owners per plant or per region. The invoicing is issued centrally or per plant depending on the customer's preference.
