Roadmap Q4 2026: capacity, regions, lines

The capacity, regional and catalogue decisions coming into operation during Q4 2026. The roadmap is published three months in advance so customers with annual programmes can align calendars and reserve capacity.

Capacity: expansion in CDMX and metropolitan area

During Q4 2026 we incorporate a second sublimation line at the CDMX plant with additional capacity of fifteen thousand units per month for technical textile series — quick-dry shirts, sportswear, gym uniforms and corporate wellness apparel. The line joins the existing customisation plant and allows us to handle urgent runs with five to seven business day turnaround for customers with annual programmes.

In parallel we add embroidery capacity at the CDMX plant with two additional twelve-needle heads, reducing embroidery lead time for medium runs from fifteen to ten business days. The expansion applies to corporate customers based in Polanco, Santa Fe, Lomas, Reforma, Condesa, Roma, Del Valle and the conurbation, and to customers with multi-plant programmes whose main delivery is CDMX.

Regions: partner workshop opening in Monterrey

During Q4 2026 we enable a partner workshop in Monterrey with monthly capacity of twenty thousand units for textile and embroidery series. The operation is coordinated from CDMX with dedicated commercial and quality owners. The coverage applies to corporate customers based in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, Apodaca, Guadalupe, Santa Catarina and Saltillo, and reduces delivery lead time in the north from fifteen to ten business days for medium runs.

The partner workshop operates under a quality system homologated to ours, audited during Q3, with documented evidence available for northern corporate customers. Invoicing is issued from CDMX with CFDI 4.0 and the customer maintains a single commercial point of contact. For customers with plants in Coahuila, Tamaulipas or Nuevo León we also extend logistics coverage with weekly consolidation.

Catalogue: new sustainable product lines

In Q4 2026 we incorporate three product lines with recycled or low-impact materials. The first line is textile with GRS-certified recycled cotton — shirts, hoodies and caps — for customers with documented ESG commitment. The second line is stationery with FSC-certified paper and leather made from apple, pineapple and cactus residues, for welcome kits and office packs.

The third line is premium Mexican beverage in sets with authorised producers under NOM-141: tequila, mezcal, Baja California wine, Chihuahua sotol, Puebla rompope and artisanal cider. Each piece includes origin, batch and expiration documentation. The three lines are available with standard lead times and are quoted separately from the main catalogue.

Platform: customer portal and batch traceability

In Q4 2026 we activate a customer portal with username and password access where the corporate customer can see the status of every order, download CFDI 4.0 invoices, consult the size catalogue, raise quality tickets and download documented evidence. The portal integrates with the batch traceability system, which allows the customer to verify material origin, production batch, delivery date and workshop owner.

The portal runs over HTTPS with two-factor authentication and activity logging. The first phase of the portal is released with query functionality; the second phase, planned for Q1 2027, adds artwork approval, sizing management and order authorisation without commercial area intervention. Portal documentation is delivered to the customer with the first activation and updated with each release.

Operations: compliance and certifications

During Q4 2026 we renew the workshop's current certifications: positive opinion on tax compliance before SAT, positive opinion on obligations before IMSS, positive opinion before INFONAVIT, and compliance with LFPDPPP for personal data handling. The updated documentation is delivered to corporate customers who require it for internal audits or vendor homologation processes.

On the regulatory side, during Q4 2026 we update internal protocols for the Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the transit is performed by our logistics network. The invoice with complement is issued in due time and form, per current SAT scheme. For customers with centralised payment schemes or assignment of collection rights we keep the documentation ready for their formats.

Calendar and Q4 2026 capacity reservation

The Q4 2026 calendar is divided into three delivery windows: early window with order close on 30 September and delivery from 1 to 31 October; middle window with close on 31 October and delivery from 1 to 30 November; late window with close on 30 November and delivery from 1 to 22 December. Each window has limited capacity reservation and is assigned on a first-come basis with priority for customers with annual programmes.

For customers with annual forecasts the Q4 capacity reservation is confirmed during the Q1 programme review. For new customers we recommend placing the first order in the early window to validate capacity before year-end. Delivery to November and December events — conventions, fairs, corporate holiday parties, product launches — is coordinated with the customer with at least four weeks notice.
