Public plan · 2026-2027
The capabilities we are bringing in, the cities we are opening, the technical integrations we are closing and the sectors we will deepen during 2026 and 2027. The roadmap is published so that corporate clients with multi-year programs can plan ahead, and so that suppliers and commercial allies can evaluate fit.
Corp-Merch.MX is today a Mexican shop with operating presence in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey, production capacity in five print methods (screen, embroidery, sublimation, digital transfer and laser engraving), an internal quality management system aligned to ISO 9001:2015, and traceability of every order from brief to CFDI 4.0. We serve corporate clients, multinationals with operations in Mexico, government departments, trade associations, and healthcare and education sector clients. 2025 annual billing grew 42% versus 2024, with an average ticket per program above MXN 280,000 before VAT.
That base is the starting point of the roadmap. The priorities for the next twenty-four months are built on what we already do well, not on a model pivot.
Direct-to-Film line for short runs with photography or gradients, with no effective MOQ per color. Reduces dependence on screen frames for runs below one hundred units.
High-relief finishes for jackets, caps and corporate patches in the premium consumer and university sector.
Additional line for engraving on plates, tumblers, cylinders and recognition pieces with critical tolerances.
For recognition plates, frames and commemorative pieces that previously required external UV printing.
During the first half of 2026 we bring in three integrations that close the brief-quote-invoice cycle: SAT integration for CFDI 4.0 with payment complement and Carta Porte 3.0 when physical delivery applies; client portal where the client's owner sees the status of each order in real time, with photo of the quality control cut and tracking number; payment gateway integration for clients with corporate card payment policy. The goal is that the client does not have to ask us for information by email: it is available when they need it.
During the second half we add a recurring purchases module for clients with fixed calendars — universities with semester start, corporates with quarterly recognition program, trade associations with annual congress. The module lets you repeat an order with minor adjustments without rebuilding the brief from scratch.
Today we operate with direct presence in CDMX, Guadalajara and Monterrey. In the second half of 2026 we open direct operating capacity in Querétaro (heart of the Bajío industrial corridor) and Mérida (a city with growing foreign investment under T-MEC / USMCA). In the first half of 2027 we open Tijuana to serve the binational manufacturing sector and León for the footwear-leather goods sector. The opening is not a franchise or a license: it is direct operating capacity with shop staff and a unified quality system.
Each new opening operates during its first six months as an extension of the central shop to guarantee product consistency. From the seventh month on, it operates autonomously with its own quality owner and its own client liaison, maintaining the same standards.
Five sectors concentrate our commercial investment for the next two years: IMMEX manufacturing in the Bajío corridor and the north of the country, where the complexity of the customs regime requires a shop that understands the pedimento and the delivery within the timeframe authorized by the SE; private healthcare with branch networks, where quality control by size and by recipient is critical; higher education with semester calendars and year-end alumni programs; state and municipal government with tenders and scheduled deliveries; premium consumer with kits for loyalty clients and seniority recognition programs.
These five sectors are not the only ones we serve, but they concentrate the investment in commercial staff, regulatory knowledge and documented reference cases. If you operate in one of these sectors and are evaluating a shop, let's talk with a recent case similar to yours.
There are three lines we deliberately will not incorporate. We do not sell to end consumers: we are a B2B shop and our operation, quality system and commercial staff are designed for corporate clients with a defined program, not for direct sales. We are not a marketplace: we do not intermediate between multiple shops; each order is executed by Corp-Merch.MX with its own team. We do not keep speculative inventory: each order is produced against an approved brief with a signed PO, which lets us guarantee traceability and comply with applicable NOMs without the risk of obsolete inventory.
These three lines are not a statement of principles, they are an operational decision. A B2B shop that stays B2B can commit on quality and lead time; a shop that opens the door to end consumer ends up splitting attention between two incompatible models.
If you are planning a multi-year program or evaluating homologation with a 24-month horizon, let's talk. We send a presentation with the milestones by quarter, the technical capabilities coming in, and the geographic coverage.
The roadmap reflects the shop's plan at the time of publication. Quarterly milestones may shift due to changes in the market, regulation or investment priorities. Corp-Merch.MX is a Mexican corporate merch shop; we operate independently. Geographic coverage, technical capability and focus sector information does not constitute a contractual commitment on specific timelines or features.
