2027 annual plan

What we plan for 2027: capacity expansion, technical integrations for enterprise, new product lines, priority verticals, export markets and the way of working. Published before year-end so clients and suppliers can align their own planning.

Capacity expansion and operation

For 2027 we plan to grow monthly sewing capacity from forty thousand to fifty-five thousand pieces, with the addition of a second partner workshop in the Tlalnepantla–Naucalpan–Cuautitlán Izcalli industrial corridor and the expansion of the Iztapalapa workshop into a second plant. The decoration operation stays at fifteen thousand pieces per month with the option to grow to twenty thousand if demand justifies it.

The year's peak season stays focused on October to December, with an additional shift at the plant for weeks forty-four to fifty-one. For customers with large runs in that window, planning kicks off six to eight weeks ahead. Orders with delivery in low season are served on standard lead times with no constraint.

Enterprise integrations

For 2027 we strengthen the public SDK with four additional blocks. First, native integration with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite and QuickBooks for automatic purchase order issuance, goods receipt and CFDI 4.0 invoicing from the customer's ERP. Second, a customer portal with an operational dashboard — pieces per programme, spend per product line, upcoming deliveries — accessible via SSO.

Third, webhooks signed with HMAC SHA-256 and fine-grained events — status changes, delay alerts, quality milestones — to integrate with Slack, Teams, Notion and Linear. Fourth, a sampling API — the customer can request a physical sample of any catalogue reference without opening a commercial ticket. Documentation stays in Spanish and English with examples in curl, Python, Node.js, Ruby and Go.

New product lines

We launch the technical apparel line for field work — quick-dry t-shirts with UPF 50+ protection, jackets with waterproof membrane, work pants with flame resistance per NOM-026-STPS. The line is designed for operational staff at manufacturers, construction, logistics and public services. Minimum quantity is one hundred pieces with a fifteen business day lead time.

We also launch the premium office accessories line — stainless steel thermos with laser engraving, hand-bound notebook with signatures sewing, leather desk set with visible stitching, aluminium pen with engraving. The line is designed for year-end gifts, anniversary gifts and leadership kits. Minimum quantity is twenty-five pieces with a fifteen business day lead time.

Certifications and compliance

For 2027 we keep OEKO-TEX Standard 100, OEKO-TEX STEP, GOTS and GRS current and applicable NOM compliance active. We add the ISO 9001:2015 audit with an accredited body, with the scope limited to corporate merch production at the in-house plant. The audit is scheduled for Q2 and the certificate is delivered at the close of Q3.

For clients in regulated sectors — banking, fintech, IMMEX manufacturing, medical devices — compliance documentation is delivered at programme start and renewed before the anniversary. The format is adapted to the customer's internal procedure. The operation stays current against regulatory changes from SAT, IMSS, STPS and SEMARNAT.

Priority verticals and markets

For 2027 priority verticals are banking and financial services, IMMEX manufacturing, fintech and tech companies, mass consumer and retail, government and public sector agencies, hospitality and tourism, and startups and scale-ups at seed, Series A and Series B. For each vertical we have a single commercial lead and an account plan with quarterly goals.

For export markets we maintain operation with clients in the US, Canada and Central America. We start a pilot with clients in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Exports to Europe require compliance with EU directives — REACH, RoHS, GDPR, EU labelling — confirmed against current regulation at the time of each shipment.

Way of working and customer communication

The way of working combines in-person work at the plant for operations, sewing and quality, with remote work for design, commercial and administrative. For customers on an annual programme we assign a single commercial lead and a single production lead. Communication stays by email, operations chat, the customer portal and a quarterly wrap-up call to review the programme.

For customers running critical programmes — banks, fintechs, government, IMMEX manufacturers — we deliver a formal communication plan with agreed SLA: email response time, brief change response time, non-conformance response time, invoicing response time. The SLA is documented at programme start and audited quarterly.

Investment and financing

For 2027 the planned investment is twelve million MXN before VAT, distributed across additional capacity — five million — decoration equipment — two million — technical integration — one million — certifications — five hundred thousand — working capital — three million — and contingencies — five hundred thousand. Financing is with own funds and an operating credit line with a Mexican bank.

For customers with large programmes requiring dedicated capacity reservations, we run annual reservation contracts with minimum purchase commitment. The reservation price is negotiated against volume and billed against delivery. When the customer does not consume the reservation, the agreed fixed fee is billed.

Let's talk about the 2027 plan

If your corporate programme aligns with any of the 2027 plan's deliveries — capacity, integrations, product lines, verticals, markets — let's talk. We deliver a proposal aligned with your dates and goals.

The 2027 annual plan is a statement of intent, not a commitment to timeline or budget. Figures, timelines and investment amounts may adjust based on market, customer, supplier or operational signals. Corp-Merch.MX is a Mexican workshop for corporate merch; we operate independently.
