The hats we deliver as gifting or uniform are produced in workshops in CDMX, Jalisco, Guanajuato and Yucatán, with jipijapa palm, Tlacolula palm, wool felt, sheep wool and technical materials depending on the model. Personalisation runs with logo embroidery on the front, side or back, with grosgrain ribbon with hot-stamped logo, or with metal plate engraved on the ribbon.

The cowboy felt hat with logo embroidery starts at MXN 685 before IVA per unit on a 100-piece run. With grosgrain ribbon with hot-stamped logo and cardboard box packaging, MXN 845. The jipijapa palm hat with logo embroidery starts at MXN 485 on a 100-piece run. The fine-palm panama hat with embroidered ribbon and wooden box starts at MXN 1,485 on a 50-piece run. The texana cap with embroidery starts at MXN 385 on a 100-piece run.
MOQ is 50 pieces for felt and panama, 100 for jipijapa and 100 for texana cap. For gifting programmes with annual volume above 200 pieces, we manage an open contract with purchase order per milestone and safety stock. Personalisation with employee monogram on the inner ribbon adds MXN 45 to 85 per piece.
We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to the SAT. For deliveries in different cities we issue CFDI per venue with Carta Porte 3.0 complement when the shipment is on our account. For corporates with IMMEX operations we handle the corresponding pedimento when the hat is imported as part of the uniform.
Yes. We run felt dyed in corporate colour and palm dyed under MOQ. The exact palette is validated with physical sample before the full run.
Yes. We run logo embroidery on the grosgrain ribbon or on the hat brim. For limited edition pieces we hand-embroider in Jalisco workshop.
Yes. We manage individual packaging in wooden box with engraved corporate seal, suede inner lining and card with director's message. Premium packaging adds MXN 185 to 385 per piece.
