Seasonal Collection — Corporate Merch for Mexican Calendar Peaks
Mexico's commercial calendar has sharp peaks that merch operations must anticipate months in advance. Day of the Dead (October-November) requires production delivered in September. Christmas closes production windows in October. Patriotic Holidays deliver in August. Mother's Day delivers in April. Father's Day delivers in May. End of year (budget close) delivers in November. We run seasonal collections with ready-to-go themed designs, limited editions with numbering, themed packaging and personalisation options that layer the client's logo on top of the base motif.
The seasons we run
The Day of the Dead season is the most Mexican and the one that receives the best reception in employee engagement programs and client gifts. We run catrinas and calaveras in screen print and embroidery, with cempasúchil orange, purple, Mexican rose, black and gold colours. Tees with catrina design, notebooks with sugar skull cover, tote bags with papel picado, thermoses with cempasúchil engraving, aromatic candles with copal scent. Themed packaging in Day-of-the-Dead motif box. The season runs from September to November and production schedules with 6–8 weeks of anticipation.
The Christmas season is the largest by volume. We run collections in red, green, gold, silver and white. Tees and hoodies with poinsettia, pine cone, ball ornaments, candy cane motifs. Thermoses with snowflake engraving, mugs with "Feliz Navidad" message in Spanish or bilingual. Packaging in red or green box with golden ribbon. Premium set with wine, chocolates, traditional Mexican sweets (jamoncillo, mazapán, alfajor, glorias). Labels with the client logo over the motif. The season runs from October to December.
The Patriotic Holidays (September) are a short season but high-impact for Mexican corporates. We run tees with the flag, green-white-red, eagle motifs, screen prints with national shields, embroidery of "Viva México". Thermoses and bottles in patriotic colours. Patriotic-themed packaging. The season runs from July to September. Mother's Day (May 10) and Father's Day (third Sunday of June) carry specific gifts for employees with mother/father: flowers, chocolates, jewellery, spa kits. Valentine's Day (February14) with hearts, roses, chocolates. Children's Day (April 30) with gifts for employees' children. End of year (December) with premium sets andyear-end gifts.

How seasonal production is scheduled
The seasonal production calendar follows a backwards planning curve from the delivery date. For Day of the Dead with September delivery, brief in June, art approval in July, production in August. For Christmas with November-December delivery, brief in July-August, approval in September, staggered delivery in October-November. For Patriotic Holidays with August-September delivery, brief in May, approval in June, production in July. The production window is typically 4–6 weeks from art approval to delivery, but demand concentrates and workshops fill up.
We recommend corporates reserve capacity 8–10 weeks in advance to guarantee delivery date. The seasons with highest demand are Christmas, Day of the Dead and End of Year — workshop capacity runs out 4–6 weeks before delivery. For recurring annual programs (end-of-year gift, Day of the Dead gift) we run annual planning with production calendar, brief and approval defined from the third quarter of the previous year. Invoicing is per delivery with CFDI 4.0 and IVA 16% breakdown, and for programs with delivery to multiple branches, invoice per branch with its own RFC.
Base designs and personalisation
Each season has a collection of base designs the client can use as-is or personalise with their logo, message and brand colours. For Day of the Dead we run 6 base catrina designs, 4 calavera designs, 3 cempasúchil designs and 2 papel picado designs. For Christmas we run 8 poinsettia designs, 6 ball ornament designs, 4 snowflake designs, 4 candy cane designs and 2 pine cone designs. For Patriotic Holidays we run 4 patriotic designs, 3 flag designs and 2 shield designs. Each base design can be personalised with the client logo at chest, back, sleeve or label.
For corporates wanting exclusive design, we run art development with a graphic designer dedicated to the project — development cost is quoted separately and IP of the design transfers to the client. The process includes mood board, sketch proposal, selection, adjustments, final file in AI/PSD/PDF and brand usage manual. For programs requiring hand sketches (marketing, advertising agency, creative team) we deliver editable source files. For recurring annual series, the design is preserved year over year with minor adjustments and production is reactivated with no development charge.
Typical use cases
For end-of-year employee gift the premium set with rigid box and curated contents is the classic that never fails. Delivered in November-December, with personalised card with the employee name and CEO message. For end-of-year client gift the Christmas or Day-of-the-Dead themed set (depending on the client) with premium packaging and personalised card. For employee engagement programs with cultural component the Day-of-the-Dead merch with Mexican narrative reinforces internal pride and is used as walking billboard when employees wear it outside the office.
For seasonal marketing campaigns (Christmas product launches, Day of the Dead promotions, patriotic activations) the themed merch is delivered as purchase-with-purchase gift, flyer incentive or activation gift. For cultural sponsorship programs (museums, art fairs, Mexican cultural events) the themed merch with sponsor branding reinforces the event narrative. For seasonal trade shows and pop-ups at Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro, Plaza Norte, Centro Santa Fe, the themed merch is sold as limited-edition item with suggested retail price and retail packaging.
