Corporate pins — cloisonné, soft enamel, epoxy and laser engraved

Corporate cloisonné enamel pins with vitreous enamel at high temperature (the premium choice for collectible pieces, anniversary pins and board welcome kits), soft enamel pins with soft paint and mid-temperature bake (the choice for large series with good finish at accessible cost), pins with epoxy doming that lays a layer of transparent glossy resin over the design (3D-type finish that protects the piece from intensive use), full-colour UV print on white metal (allows photo, gradients and any colour-palette design without palette limit), laser-engraved pins on aluminium and steel (the minimalist choice for executive welcome kits), antique-finish pins with artificial patina for an aged effect, double-sided spinning mechanism pins, charm-pendant pins, with lapel pin or neodymium magnet backing. Fintechs order them for welcome kits, banks for executive accreditation, universities for alumni identification, corporates for staff uniforms, and NGOs for fundraising.

Pin techniques — when each one fits

The cloisonné pin (hard enamel) is the premium technique — the piece is die-stamped in metal, filled with vitreous enamel at high temperature, and polished for a glossy, permanent result. It is the workhorse for collectible pieces, anniversary pins, sports-event pins and board welcome kits. Durability is the highest in the catalogue — it withstands decades of use without losing colour or shine. We run cloisonné with up to 7 enamel colours.

The soft enamel pin is the choice for large series with good finish at accessible cost — the piece is die-stamped in metal, filled with epoxy enamel at mid-temperature, and baked for glossy finish. We run soft enamel with up to 6 colours. The epoxy doming pin carries a layer of transparent resin over the design — 3D-type glossy finish, protects the design from intensive use. The UV-print full-colour pin on white metal allows photo, gradients and any colour-palette design without limit. The laser-engraved pin on aluminium and steel leaves a permanent low-relief mark — the minimalist choice for executive welcome kits.

Sizes and shapes with custom die

The most common size is 25 mm diameter (1 inch) — the workhorse for general corporate pins. We also offer 20 mm (compact for staff uniforms), 32 mm (medium for welcome kits), 40 mm (large for collectibles), and irregular shapes with custom dies (logo silhouette, brand mascot, corporate building shape, anniversary number).

For limited-edition and collectible pins, custom dies raise perceived value without dramatically raising cost. For anniversary and commemorative programmes, the pin shaped like the year (anniversary number) or shaped like the event (map, building, symbol) becomes a collectible item. For NGOs and fundraising campaigns, the pin with ribbon or cause symbol is the piece the donor carries with pride. Size and shape are confirmed at the start of the brief based on recipient use and programme context.

Backings — pin, magnet, clip and brooch

The classic lapel pin is the standard choice — pierces fabric and locks with a standard butterfly clasp. For thick-fabric uniforms (jacket, sweatshirt, field jacket), the reinforced-needle pin is the choice. For female staff with delicate clothing, the neodymium magnet backing is the alternative — adheres to the fabric without piercing, leaves no mark, removes easily. Magnet power is calibrated to pin weight.

The removable crocodile clip is the choice for trade shows and conferences where the pin hangs from the lanyard — useful for staff who need to put on and remove the badge constantly. The bar brooch is the choice for formal jackets and blouses. For programmes with frequent pin change (weekly, per event), the interchangeable backing with snap mechanism lets the pin swap without piercing the garment each time.

Individual piece data

For programmes with individual piece data (collaborator name, employee number, QR code, anniversary date), we run post-enamel laser engraving — each piece carries a unique identifier that is reported with the order. The most common choice is consecutive number (0001 to 5000) for limited-edition collectible pieces.

For events with QR codes (product launch, entry validation, landing-page access), the QR is laser-etched on the back of the pin or UV-printed on the front based on the design aesthetic. The destination URL is validated before production to avoid pieces with invalid codes. The extra time for individual data is 5 to 10 business days over standard lead time. The individual-data scheme is confirmed at the start of the brief with the client's master list.
