Board meeting: the board kit a director keeps on their desk
The Mexican corporate board operates on a fixed calendar —four ordinary sessions per year (quarterly), two or three extraordinary sessions, and the annual shareholders meeting— and each session generates physical material the director must receive by hand: a board folder with the agenda and financial statements, a notebook with corporate cover, an engraved pen, a recognition piece for a director anniversary, the annual report with fiscal year results, and a curated box with a Mexican producer when there is a formal dinner after the session. We work with corporates in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Mérida and the rest of the country. We handle curated production with MOQ from 10 pieces (one per director) and protocol delivery at the boardroom, restaurant or corporate site. The invoice is issued under CFDI 4.0 with the SAT with 16% VAT breakdown.
