For Guadalajara: Expo Guadalajara, Hotel Hilton Midtown, Plaza del Sol, Centro de Innovación de la Universidad de Guadalajara. For Monterrey: Cintermex, Pabellón M, Centro de Convenciones, corporate WeWork. For Querétaro: Centro de Congresos, Centro Cultural Universitario, Centro de Innovación. For Mérida: Centro Internacional de Congresos. For Puebla: Centro de Convenciones. The venue is quoted separately with the corporate and booked 90 days in advance.
For corporates with operations in the northern border (Tijuana, Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Matamoros), we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day and deduction support for IMMEX programmes when the tech gift links to a developer relations programme for plant technology professionals under USMCA rules of origin. For corporates with operations in the Bajío (Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Aguascalientes, León), we deliver directly to the headquarters on a schedule coordinated with the Industrial Security team. For corporates with operations in the Southeast (Mérida, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Villahermosa), we deliver directly to the headquarters on a schedule coordinated with the Logistics team.
Developer data handling complies with the LFPDPPP: the developer's data is used solely for the credential, tech gift, demo lab and post-event follow-up, is not shared with third parties outside the corporate, is deleted from our systems 90 days after the event, and the developer may request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the badge and on the corporate site. Invoicing is issued through CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT breakdown, ISR withholding when applicable for taxed gifts under Article 93 of the ISR Law, and deduction support as Technology Marketing or Developer Relations expense.
