Onboarding programs by company size
For corporates with 50–200 annual hires the standard kit includes polo tee with embroidered logo and employee name + sewn A5 notebook with personalised cover + metallic rollerball pen + welcome card signed by the CEO + 16 GB USB with employee manual preload + individual cardboard box with ribbon. Unit cost $450–$750 MXN before IVA. Delivery is scheduled monthly with consolidated hires for the month and CFDI 4.0 invoicing with IVA 16% breakdown. For corporates with 200–1,000 annual hires the intermediate kit adds 500 ml thermos with laser engraving + hoodie with embroidery and sticker pack. Unit cost $850–$1,400 MXN. For corporates with 1,000+ annual hires we run an annual master agreement with monthly or quarterly deliveries, consolidated billing and monthly consumption reporting.
For director-level new hires (managers, directors, VP, C-level) the premium kit includes softshell jacket with embroidery + premium thermos + sewn notebook in leather with hot-stamping + branded rollerball pen + 32 GB USB with confidential document preload + welcome card on cotton paper + wooden box with laser engraving. Unit cost $2,500–$5,500 MXN. For international onboarding programs (expatriate employees or Hispanic-origin hires in US/Europe) we handle packaging with NOM marking, export declaration and DHL Express delivery in 5–7 business days to the recipient's home address. Invoicing is issued under CFDI 4.0 with IVA 16% or, for export operations, in the corresponding currency (USD, EUR) with foreign trade complement.

Hoodie or corporate jacket
For cold-weather programs and casual-office staff. Hoodie with hood in french terry 320 g/m² with chest and upper-back embroidery. Softshell jacket for field, plant or client-visit staff. Production 15–20 business days.
Sewn notebook with branded cover
Sewn A5 notebook with thread, PU cover with debossing or hot-stamping of logo. White, ruled or dot-grid pages. Ribbon marker. For new hires in office, training or sales roles. Minimum quantity 50 units.
Thermos, USB and accessories
500 ml thermos with laser engraving of the employee name. 16 or 32 GB USB with preload of employee manual, organisational chart, dress code and directory. Sticker pack for laptop with logo and culture messages. TWS earbuds for home office.
Mass onboarding and recurring program
For corporates hiring 50 to 500 people per month (call centres, retail companies, banks with captador programs, logistics companies) we run the recurring program model with annual master agreement and monthly deliveries. The dynamic is: annual contract with price-tier table (50/100/250/500/1,000 units monthly) → initial brief with lines and quantities → closure of the first test lot (100 units) → kit approval → monthly scheduling with the month's hires list → production (10–15 business days) → consolidated delivery to the corporate or per site → CFDI 4.0 invoicing with IVA 16% breakdown.
For programs with staggered delivery per site (bank branches, department stores, regional plants) we issue one invoice per branch with its own RFC and fiscal address. For companies under the IMMEX program, temporarily imported pieces are processed within the workshop and delivered with full customs documentation. For programs with an ESG component, the eco-conscious lines (GOTS organic cotton, GRS recycled polyester) are available with a 15–35% premium over the standard line. Invoicing is consolidated monthly with quarterly consumption reporting for the HR team.
Variable data personalisation
For programs with employee data merge (name, employee number, department, hire date, manager, site) we run a merge flow with the client's CSV database delivered monthly. Merge programming is quoted separately and invoiced as a recurring service. Each personalised unit exits with the individual name embroidered on polo or hoodie, engraved on thermos or notebook, or printed on card and USB. Delivery is accompanied by an itemised list with recipient, employee number and item code for the corporate's internal control.
For programs with high confidentiality (banking, government, pharma) we run USBs with AES-256 encryption and document preload with access control. Content preload runs in a secure environment with access log and destruction of the source file on completion. For programs with sensitive personal data (RFC, CURP, account number) we comply with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP) and issue privacy notice and data processing agreement. The CFDI 4.0 invoice includes IVA 16% breakdown and, for international delivery programs, foreign trade complement.
Logistics and delivery
For corporates with single site in CDMX, GDL or MTY delivery is direct to the corporate building with prior appointment at the security gate. For corporates with multiple sites (bank branches, regional plants, commercial offices) delivery is scheduled per site with consolidated route and signed delivery note by the HR manager. For programs with delivery to the employee's home address (increasingly common in home office and hybrid work) we coordinate with the employee, confirmed delivery window and email notification with package photograph.
For international deliveries (expatriate employees, distributed teams in LATAM) shipping is via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority or UPS Worldwide with export declaration and, when applicable, customs clearance at destination. Shipment traceability is monitored with tracking number and reported to the corporate with delivery confirmation. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued with IVA 16% breakdown or, for export operations, in the corresponding currency (USD, EUR) with foreign trade complement and, when applicable, IVA withholding for services rendered abroad.

What is the MOQ for onboarding kits?
25 units for embroidery and laser engraving runs. 50 for hot-stamping and screen printing runs. For recurring programs we run monthly minimum of 50 units and quarterly consumption reporting.

How long does the first delivery take?
