Interior with spiral-bound editorial dossier covering the development story, technical specifications, differentiating benefits, competitor comparison, use cases by sector, regulatory certifications (NOM, ISO, FDA when applicable) and development committee testimonials. One dossier per journalist and three additional for the corporate archive. The box closes with a corporate-colour ribbon and ships with a contact card from the corporate Communications team.

Journalist gift engraved with name and media

Curated gift for the journalist: Montblanc pen engraved with the journalist's name and the media outlet name (for example: "María López / El Financiero"), leather notebook with corporate logo in low relief and wordmark, braided USB-C charging cable with logo, ceramic mug with logo and launch commemorative piece (numbered print with the new packaging design, resin product miniature, collectible launch pin). The gift ships with no visible price and is documented with a card from the Marketing Director and the Communications team.

Product sampler packaged with anti-impact protection

Product sampler in primary packaging with official label and secondary packaging with anti-impact protection (high-density foam moulded to the product, vacuum-sealed air bubble, double-walled corrugated cardboard box). For fragile products (cosmetics, premium spirits, electronic devices) we add biodegradable expandable perlite filling. For refrigerated products (foods, beverages, pharmaceutical products) we add isothermal packaging with refrigerant gel and cold-chain handling label. The sampler ships with a card containing usage instructions and regulatory warnings.

Encrypted digital press kit on USB with AES-256

32 GB or 64 GB USB drive with AES-256 encryption and individual password delivered in a sealed envelope to the journalist. The drive contains: press release in AP format with graphic material in high resolution (studio product photos, in-use photos, 60-second demo video in MP4 4K), editorial dossier in PDF format with search, technical specifications in PDF/A format, competitor comparison in PDF format, graphic materials for the new reference (logo in vector, 3D rendered packaging, brand manual), audio files with the interview with the Marketing Director and development committee testimonials. The password is sent by encrypted email to the journalist 24 hours in advance.

Journalist gift curation, press release drafting and sampler protection

The journalist gift curation is built with the Marketing Director and the corporate Communications team. For Tier 1 media journalists (Forbes, Expansión, El Financiero, El Economista, Bloomberg Línea México, Reforma, Milenio) we run gifts from MXN 8,000 to 25,000 with premium engraving and personal delivery from the Marketing Director. For Tier 2 media journalists (regional media, specialised media, influencers with over 100K followers) we run gifts from MXN 3,500 to 8,000 with standard engraving. For Tier 3 media journalists (local media, freelancers, communications students) we run gifts from MXN 1,200 to 3,500.

The press release is drafted in AP format with headline, lead, body, quote from the Marketing Director, quote from the development committee, product data, availability date, suggested retail price (MXN including VAT) and press contact. The release is translated into English for international journalists and into French for Canadian-Francophone journalists. Graphic material is delivered in high resolution (300 dpi for print, 72 dpi for web) with editorial use release for 90 days.

Sampler protection depends on the product type. For mass consumer products (food, beverages, personal care) we package in corrugated cardboard box with basic anti-impact protection. For premium products (cosmetics, spirits, devices) we package in rigid box with high-density foam moulded to the product and silk paper inner lining. For refrigerated products we add isothermal packaging with refrigerant gel and cold-chain handling label. For fragile products we add vacuum-sealed air bubble and integrity verification with pre-shipment photography.

Logistics, venues and data handling

The launch logistics are coordinated with the corporate Communications team and the venue hospitality provider. For launches in Mexico City we run venues such as Hotel Four Seasons, Hotel St. Regis, Hotel Hilton Reforma, Torre Virreyes, Torre Reforma, Museo Soumaya, Museo Jumex, Centro Citibanamex. For corporates with operations in the northern border (Tijuana, Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Matamoros), we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day and deduction support for IMMEX programmes when the launch corresponds to an export product under USMCA rules of origin. Journalist data handling complies with the LFPDPPP: the journalist's data is used solely for the invitation, gift, sampler and editorial follow-up, is not shared with third parties outside the corporate, is deleted from our systems 180 days after the event, and the journalist may request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. Invoicing is issued through CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT breakdown, ISR withholding when applicable for taxed gifts under Article 93 of the ISR Law, and deduction support as Marketing or Public Relations expense.
