Mexican corporates run training programmes with four large objectives, and each carries a distinct kit. For onboarding programmes for new hires (40 hours, two cohorts per year, 30 to 80 graduates per cohort), we deliver a diploma, metal pin and ceremony with the HR director in a single morning. For leadership development programmes (120 hours, one or two cohorts per year, 20 to 40 graduates per cohort), we deliver a diploma, a crystal piece with the programme logo, a bound volume with the final project and a ceremony with the executive committee.
For technical certification programmes (240 to 480 hours, cohorts of 12 to 25 people, operational and professional profiles), we deliver a diploma, a metal pin with tier (bronze, silver, gold), twelve months of access to the practice platform and a ceremony with the academy director. For executive programmes (480 hours, in-house masters with a partner business school, cohort of 12 to 20 people), we deliver a leather diploma, a leather-bound volume with hot-stamping, a commissioned art piece and a ceremony with the board of directors. SAT invoicing is issued with 16% VAT breakdown and Training-expense deductibility when the programme aligns with STPS and NOM-035.
Ceremony, format and logistics
The ceremony is designed with Internal Communications and the corporate academy. For in-person ceremonies in Mexico City, we deliver at corporate HQs such as Torre Reforma, Torre BBVA, Torre Bosques, corporate WeWork and Centro Banamex — event production is the corporate's responsibility, we provide the kits and coordinate delivery to the lobby or auditorium. For regional offices (Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tijuana, León, Mérida, Puebla, Veracruz, Torreón, Chihuahua), we deliver directly to the office with insured courier and coordination with Corporate Security.
For hybrid ceremonies with livestream, we deliver the kits to regional offices a week ahead and synchronise the ceremony with a video we produce: a CEO or academy director recording, music cues, support pieces and a mosaic mention of each graduate. For virtual ceremonies (graduates in home office or in the field), we deliver the kits via courier to the graduate's home with confirmed schedule, tracking number and a ceremony via video call with audiovisual production. Invoicing for programmes with regional operations in the northern border (Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Matamoros) is issued in USD at the Banco de México exchange rate of the invoice day, with an IMMEX supplement when the corporate academy operates inside an IMMEX plant.

Basic graduation kit (diploma + pin + ceremony) — from MXN $890 before VAT per piece at a run of 50. Intermediate kit (diploma + crystal piece + ceremony) — from MXN $2,400 before VAT per piece at a run of 30. Standard production timeline: 30 calendar days from artwork approval. Express production for dates under 30 days carries a +35% surcharge. For corporates with several cohorts per year, we run an annual programme with a locked 12-month calendar, volume discount and academy-coordinated delivery. Reservations are made with a ten-point brief: programme name, cohort, number of graduates, ceremony date, venue, per-piece budget, corporate brand manual, diploma format, ceremony handling and deductibility requirements.
