Institutional gown with cohort colours

Academic gown in polyester gabardine with straight or fitted cut, the gown colour defined by the programme's identity manual (institutional black, midnight blue, burgundy, Oxford grey, executive navy) with embroidery of the programme isotype on the left chest, silk sash with the cohort colours crossing shoulder to waist, mortarboard in the same gown colour with hanging tassel in cohort colour and additional golden tassel for honour roll members. For mixed programmes with female and male participation we run a feminine cut with shorter armhole and knee-length. The gown ships in a fabric bag with zip and hanger to store in the employee's closet.

Diploma case with frame and engraving

Case in oak wood or genuine leather with corporate-colour velvet interior lining, holding the programme diploma signed by the academic director and by the rector or academic authority. The diploma is printed on 200-gram synthetic parchment with embossed seal, classic typography and an original ink signature scanned at 600 dpi to preserve the stroke. For international programmes a bilingual Spanish-English version is delivered with certified translation for use in the employee's CV outside Mexico.

Curated gift engraved with the graduate's name

Piece selected with the Human Resources area per programme level: Montblanc pen engraved with the graduate's name and cohort year for executive education programmes; leather office kit with the employee's monogram for leadership programmes; engraved stainless steel thermos with the programme isotype for technical programmes; Talavera de Puebla handcraft mug with the programme isotype and graduate's name for commercial development programmes; book selected by the faculty with engraved ex-libris for teacher training programmes. Each piece is wrapped in an individual box with a personalised card from the programme director.

Cohort mural photo and individual portrait

Professional photographic production of the cohort group portrait with all graduates dressed in the institutional gown, programme flag and mortarboard, at the venue location or in studio with studio lighting and medium-format camera. Delivered as an aluminium-framed mural at 90x60 cm to hang in the corporate boardroom or in the corporate director's office, plus high-resolution digital archive for individual download by each graduate. Individual portrait of the graduate holding the diploma and mortarboard, delivered in 20x25 cm print format and digital archive for use on the employee's professional social media.

Programme design, faculty and closing ceremony

The graduate kit design is built with the Human Capital area, with the programme's academic director and with the faculty. For executive education programmes with schools such as IPADE, EGADE, ITAM, INSEAD, PAD, IESE, Harvard Business School, Wharton, Stanford GSB, MIT Sloan, London Business School, Columbia, Kellogg, Bocconi, Saïd Business School or Escuela de Organización Industrial the kit is adjusted to the school's identity manual. For in-company programmes designed to measure by the corporate with external schools or with the internal Organisational Development area the manual is built from scratch with the corporate's Brand Director.

The closing ceremony is designed with the school's ceremonial and the corporate's protocol. For Mexico City ceremonies: Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad Anáhuac, ITAM, IPADE, EGADE, Centro Asturiano de México, Hotel Four Seasons, Hotel St. Regis, Centro Citibanamex. The ceremony includes: welcome coffee reception, programme director's speech, honorary participant's speech, diploma delivery by the rector or academic authority, mural photo, closing cocktail and gala dinner with waiter service.

Billing closes with CFDI 4.0 to SAT, 16% VAT, Carta Porte 3.0 when interstate delivery applies, and deductibility as Human Capital, Organisational Development or Institutional Relations expense per the corporate's tax scope. For corporates with operations on the northern border we also bill in USD under USMCA with the FIX exchange rate published by Banco de México on the billing day. For clients with IMMEX operations we run billing in US dollars with support for maquila operations deduction.

Production lead time: 45 to 75 calendar days for programmes with personalised gown and case. Express production with a date under 35 calendar days carries a +35% surcharge. For programmes with a date under 60 days away we recommend scoping back: gown + mortarboard + case + gift, without art piece or framed mural photo. The booking is made with a ten-point brief: programme type, number of graduates, cohort, ceremony date, venue, desired gift level, programme identity manual, chromatic palette, ceremonials to respect and reference for previous ceremonies if any.

Photographic coverage, video and programme memory

The photographic and video coverage of the graduation ceremony is coordinated with the corporate's Internal Communications area. The professional photographer captures: arrival of the graduates, gown and mortarboard session backstage, group portrait of the cohort with all graduates, individual portrait of each graduate holding the diploma, speeches by the programme director and the honorary participant, diploma delivery, honour roll photo and closing dinner. Delivery includes high-resolution digital archive (RAW + JPG) and a curated selection of 80 to 120 edited photographs for individual download.

The programme documentary video captures the key moments of the formative cycle: welcome at programme launch, working sessions with the faculty, final project presentations, graduation and honorary participant's speech. A fifteen-to-twenty-minute edit is delivered for screening at the closing dinner and a three-to-five-minute edit for the corporate and faculty social media. The music is licensed from a music library or composed to measure. For programmes with international participation a version with English subtitles is delivered for use by the global faculty.

The printed programme memory is a co-edition book with the academic faculty, with cycle photography, graduate profiles with professional biography and reflection on programme learning, faculty overview and honorary participant write-up. Printed on 130-gram coated matte paper with hard cover and delivered one copy per graduate and to the faculty. For in-company programmes with over one hundred graduates an additional copy is delivered to the corporate library.

Yes — for programmes delivered by schools such as IPADE, EGADE, ITAM, INSEAD, PAD, Harvard, Wharton, Stanford, Kellogg, London Business School, Columbia, Bocconi or any other school with its own manual, we adjust the graduate kit to the school's identity manual. We receive the colour, typography, logo, embroidery and piece specifications from the programme's academic direction.

Do you work with an honour roll for top averages?

Yes — we run an honour roll for graduates with the best academic average in the programme. The honour roll receives a gown with golden tassel, case in oak wood or premium leather, gift of contemporary Mexican art piece signed by the artist, special mention during the ceremony and individual portrait with silver frame for office display. The honour roll selection is made with the programme's academic direction before the ceremony.

Can you deliver the graduate kit before the ceremony?

Yes — we deliver the graduate kit at the corporate offices or to the employee's home 5 to 10 calendar days in advance of the ceremony. Shipping is via insured parcel with Carta Porte 3.0 when interstate delivery applies, with the graduate's signature confirmation and the option of venue delivery for programmes with ceremony outside the corporate's headquarters.
