Product expo merch: the modular display, the demo kit, the showbag and the sampling piece that sustain the B2B launch, the open house and the brand experience in Mexico

The product expo runs on an operational code the Product Marketing office, the Brand Manager and the Commercial Director have sharpened through repeated launches: the generic modular display that looks like any brand, the demo kit without instructions in Spanish, the showbag in non-woven that breaks at first use, the sampling piece without IMMEX invoicing when applicable, the signage without consistency with the brand manual. The professional alternative that Product Marketing, the Trade Marketing area and the Commercial Director have validated at B2B and B2C launches in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Querétaro and Puebla is the curated product expo kit: the modular display with product identity, the demo kit with bilingual instructions, the heavy-fabric showbag with curated content, the sampling piece with IMMEX traceability when applicable and the signage with brand manual consistency. We serve expos with 50 to 5,000 visitors. Invoicing through CFDI 4.0, 16% VAT, Carta Porte 3.0, deductible as Product Marketing or Trade Marketing expense depending on scope.

Five layers of the product expo kit

Modular display with product identity

Modular display in lacquered MDF or aluminium structure with high-density vinyl graphic panels, integrated counter, shelf for samples, screen for video demo, zenith LED lighting on the featured product. Design based on the brand manual of the product or line. Standard sizes: 2x2m, 3x3m, 4x3m, 5x5m, 6x4m. Installation and dismantling coordinated with the expo venue.

Demo kit with bilingual instructions

Demo kit in rigid box with the featured product, the accessories, the instruction manual in Spanish and English, the quick-use guide with illustrations, the QR code for the demo video, the warranty card. For high-end launches it ships in handcrafted wooden or leather box. For mass launches it ships in rigid cardboard box with hot-stamping of the logo.

Heavy-fabric showbag

Showbag in organic cotton, linen or premium non-woven with the product logo embroidered, reinforced side gusset, interior pocket with zipper, leather or rope handle. Contents: product catalogue, use case brochure, sample of the featured product, discount coupon for the next purchase, business card of the Brand Manager and Commercial Director. For B2B launches the bag ships with technical content (technical sheet, comparison, ROI).

Sampling piece with IMMEX traceability

Sampling piece of the featured product with primary and secondary packaging, label with batch number, expiry date when applicable, serial number when applicable, QR code for product registration. For products imported under IMMEX the piece is invoiced with temporary import pedimento, Carta Porte 3.0 when there is interstate transfer, and certificate of return to the country of origin. For export products under USMCA the piece ships with certificate of origin.

Brand curation and sampling logistics

The kit curation starts from the product brand manual and the launch plan. We ask the company for the updated graphic manual, the product logo in vector file, the institutional colours in Pantone codes, the product renders, the demo video and the list of featured SKUs. For B2B launches the business case, expected ROI and target buyer profile are additionally requested.

The sampling logistics is coordinated with the Supply Chain area and with the logistics operator. For launches with over 5,000 samples a phased delivery to the venue is scheduled with 48 to 72 hours of anticipation before the expo opening. For launches with high-value samples (consumer electronics, jewellery, premium cosmetics) the sampling is delivered with transport insurance and venue custody with security personnel.

IMMEX compliance for imported products includes: temporary import pedimento with identification key, Carta Porte 3.0 when there is interstate transfer, invoice with 16% VAT breakdown and ISR withholding when applicable, certificate of return to the country of origin at the end of the expo. USMCA compliance for export products includes: USMCA certificate of origin when the product is of Mexican origin, customs transit declaration for samples.
