Corporate spring events: from 8 March to Holy Week

The Mexican spring —which opens on 20 March with the equinox and runs until 21 June— concentrates five high-density corporate events: International Women's Day on 8 March, Children's Day on 30 April, Mother's Day on 10 May, Holy Week that in 2026 falls between 29 March and 4 April, and the wave of end-of-cycle university graduations. Corp-Merch.MX produces the spring chain of events for corporates in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla and Mérida, including 8 March kit, Children's Day gift, Mother's Day gift, graduation kit and Holy Week corporate production. We work from 30 pieces with CFDI 4.0 invoicing to SAT, 16% VAT, deductible as an Industrial Relations or Training expense, with deduction support for IMMEX programmes and USMCA operations.

Spring programme: four critical events

International Women's Day — 8 March

Production of the recognition kit for every female employee on 8 March: organic cotton tote bag with exclusive corporate print, year planner, wellness kit (aromatic candle made in Oaxaca, specialty tea, hand-crafted paper notebook), personalised CEO letter, optional gift (silver jewellery designed by an Oaxacan artisan, Amazon México gift card). For the internal event we produce a conference with an external guest (academic, athlete, business leader), ambient with local flowers and Mexican chef catering. Runs from 50 to 5,000 pieces delivered between 6 and 7 March.

Children's Day — 30 April

Production of the kit for the children of employees on Children's Day: kid backpack with corporate logo print, school supplies kit (notebooks, coloured pencils, pencil case, sharpener, eraser), educational board game (chess, puzzle, memory), wooden toy made in Mexico by a local artisan, letter from the CEO to the employees' children. Delivery is coordinated with HR and runs in a single shipment to the offices between 28 and 30 April. We handle production from 30 kits in boutique corporates to 2,000 kits in multinationals with employee benefits plans.

Mother's Day — 10 May

Production of the recognition kit for every female employee on Mother's Day: fabric tote with exclusive floral print, silver jewellery designed by an Oaxacan artisan, premium spa kit (aromatic candle, essential oil, hand-crafted soap), personalised CEO letter, preserved flower bouquet, optional gift card. For the internal event we produce breakfast or lunch with a guest chef, live music, ambient with local flowers and gift for the mothers of the employees. Runs from 50 to 5,000 pieces delivered between 7 and 9 May.

University graduations — May and June

Production of the graduation kit for the children of employees finishing undergraduate, masters or doctoral programmes in the February-June cycle: university degree frame with engraved name and degree, Montblanc or Parker pen, gift selected by budget (MXN 1,500 to 8,000), letter signed by the CEO of the company where the parent works, optional gift (Citizen watch, Tumi luggage, fine-dining experience). Delivery is coordinated with HR and documented with photography for the internal site. Production from 20 pieces in family corporates to 600 pieces in multinationals with benefits plans.

Logistics, calendar and spring risk hedging

The Mexican spring concentrates the highest number of corporate events in a short period. The 8 March window opens 1 March and closes on 8 March with the international celebration; national couriers run at full capacity that week, so kit booking must close before 15 February. Children's Day is celebrated on 30 April and delivery is coordinated to arrive between 28 and 30 April. Mother's Day on 10 May requires delivery between 7 and 9 May. Holy Week 2026 falls between 29 March and 4 April, which shifts the logistics of spring offsites into the second half of May or the first of June.

University graduations are delivered between 15 May and 30 June, depending on each university's calendar (UNAM, IPN, Tec de Monterrey, ITAM, Ibero, Anáhuac, La Salle, UP, Universidad de Guadalajara). For corporates with northern border operations (Tijuana, Juárez, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo), delivery is coordinated with extended hours at the plant to cover the three shifts. The invoice is issued in MXN at the Banco de México daily rate; for US-headquartered corporates we also invoice in USD with daily conversion and USMCA support. For IMMEX corporates on the border we handle deduction under the IMMEX programme.

Gift curation by occasion and seniority

The spring gift curation is built with the HR committee and Internal Communications, with four distinct lines: 8 March gift, Children's Day gift, Mother's Day gift and graduation gift. For Children's Day kits for employees' children we run gifts from MXN 350 to 1,200: kid backpack, school supplies kit, board game, wooden toy. For 8 March kits for female employees we run gifts from MXN 1,500 to 8,000: organic cotton tote bag, aromatic candle made in Oaxaca, specialty tea, hand-crafted notebook, Mexican silver jewellery, personalised letter.

For Mother's Day kits for female employees we run gifts from MXN 1,800 to 12,000: premium fabric tote, Mexican silver jewellery, premium spa kit, preserved flower bouquet, gift card, personalised letter. For graduations we run gifts by family budget with a five-option catalogue per range, from MXN 1,500 (degree frame and Parker pen) to MXN 8,000 (Citizen watch, Tumi luggage, fine-dining experience). The gift ships with no visible price and is documented with a personalised CEO letter. Invoicing is issued with CFDI 4.0 to SAT, 16% VAT, deductible as an Industrial Relations expense, with ISR withholding support when applicable.
