Mexican second-quarter chain of 2027: the mid-year chain that reconciles Mother's Day, Father's Day, the half-year IMMEX review and the corporate mid-year review

The Mexican Q2 concentrates three cultural dates (10 May Mother's Day, third Sunday of June Father's Day, May–June weddings), one half-year fiscal obligation (IMMEX programme review at the plant between 15 and 25 June), and the close of the first fiscal half that the executive committee uses to align the second-half planning. The MX Q2 chain we produce from Corp-Merch.MX executes the four axes with delivery between 6 and 8 May for Mother's Day, 17 to 19 June for Father's Day, 15 to 25 June for the IMMEX review, and 9 to 20 June for the mid-year review. CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT.

The MX Q2 2027 chain: four mid-year axes

Mother's Day — delivery 6 to 8 May

Unisex or wellness curation with contemporary Mexican motif: organic cotton tote with corporate print, 2027 planner, Oaxaca-made wellness kit (copal aromatic candle, Chiapas specialty tea, handmade paper notebook), silver jewellery designed by a contemporary artisan, personalised letter from the CEO. For the internal 10 May conference we handle full panel production with external guests (academic, athlete, entrepreneur), local-flower styling and Mexican chef catering. Recognition for all male collaborators on the third Sunday of June. Unisex or experience curation: Chiapas specialty coffee kit, canvas backpack with thermos, whisky kit with engraved glass, silver jewellery with contemporary artisan design, premium electronics (headphones, portable speaker), gastronomic experience (dinner at El Vicio, Maximo Bistrot, Lorea), personalised letter from the CEO. Runs from 80 to 5,000 pieces delivered in a single wave to corporate offices. CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT deductible as Industrial Relations expense.

Half-year IMMEX review — June audit

The half-year IMMEX programme review runs at the plant between 15 and 25 June with SAT and SE auditors. We produce the audit kit for inspectors (institutional folder, encrypted USB with inventory documentation, product catalogue, thermometer, calculator), cafeteria service during the audit, airport transport, and operational gift for the plant team ($800 to $2,500 MXN per piece for talent retention). The IMMEX component is invoiced with 16% VAT and deducted as manufacturing operation expense under the programme. We coordinate with the corporate compliance area and legal counsel.

Mid-year review — corporate workshop

The corporate mid-year review runs 9 to 20 June with half-day workshops at every corporate site (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro). We produce institutional folder with the half-year report, encrypted USB with the mid-year dossier, workshop kit (notebook, pen, thermos, regional snacks), and recognition for top performers. For second-half planning workshops we handle facilitator-led workshops with external consultant and event AV production. Runs from 80 to 800 pieces per site depending on regional headcount.

MX Q2 compliance: half-year IMMEX, electronic accounting, RFC, RESICO

The Mexican Q2 has the densest compliance window of the first half: the monthly informativa de operaciones con terceros (DIOT) when applicable, monthly trial balance and ledgers filing to SAT (Contabilidad Electrónica 1.3), monthly VAT declaration via the Mis Cuentas tool, and the half-year IMMEX programme review at the plant with SAT and SE auditors. For corporates under the RESICO regime (Régimen Simplificado de Confianza, applicable to legal entities with annual income up to $35 million MXN), the monthly declaration is simplified with progressive rates from 1% to 2.5%.

We operate the MX Q2 chain with direct invoicing from the central atelier in Mexico City with CFDI 4.0 to SAT, 16% VAT and, when applicable, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement for transport between plant and distribution centre. For corporates with a US parent we handle consolidation in USD with the Banco de México conversion on the day of payment. For corporates with USMCA operations we handle cross-border shipping with USMCA TPL certificate of origin.
