Country annual kickoff — second week of January

Production of the national kickoff that opens the fiscal year for the whole Mexican operation: main stage with corporate back panel, host, LED screens, professional audio system, satellite broadcast to remote offices, kickoff gift for every employee (corporate backpack with thermos, notebook, powerbank), plaque for national employee of the year, CEO video filmed on Mexican location. Production covers from the Mexico City head office to the plants in Tijuana, Juárez, Matamoros and offices in Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro and Mérida. We run production from 800 to 6,000 simultaneous attendees.

National convention — variable

Production of the national convention that brings together every corporate area in a single venue: all-inclusive hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Maya or Los Cabos, or convention centre in Mexico City (World Trade Center, Banamex, Expo Santa Fe), with workshop room, plenary hall, private restaurant, national gift, full AV production, recognition session, gala dinner and closing party. The typical duration is three days. We run production from 400 to 2,000 simultaneous attendees.

National product launch — variable

Production of the national launch of a new corporate product: stage with product back panel, host, LED screens, audio system, satellite broadcast to every office in the country, launch gift (kit with product sample, exclusive merchandising piece, CEO letter), training session, Q&A session. The typical date coincides with national marketing campaigns. We run production from 200 to 4,000 simultaneous attendees.

National corporate anniversary — variable

Production of the national corporate anniversary that celebrates a corporate milestone in Mexico (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 75 or 100 years): main event with stage, host, LED screens, national gift (plaque engraved with the anniversary year, collectible gift, CEO letter), recognition session for the longest-tenure employees, corporate historical video, gala dinner with Mexican chef and closing party. The typical date is the corporate's foundation date in Mexico. We run production from 300 to 5,000 simultaneous attendees.

AV production, logistics and national broadcast

The national event AV production covers the main stage with personalised corporate back panel (typical dimensions 12 metres wide by 5 metres high), presidential podium with microphone, LED screens (with the CEO presentation, results graphics, launch or anniversary videos), professional audio system (with wireless microphones for the CEO and hosts, table microphones for the moderator, back-stage monitoring system), lighting (with stage lighting, ambient lighting, motorised follow-spot) and dedicated camera with video switcher for satellite or Microsoft Teams broadcast to every remote office in the country.

National logistics covers the main venue reservation (all-inclusive hotel or convention centre), stage and AV system setup (with at least 24 hours' anticipation), national gift and recognition production, three-day catering service, ground and air transport of attendees from origin cities, accommodation in double or single room per corporate preference, and printed material (event programme, attendee kit, card with the internal site QR). For corporates with northern border operations (Tijuana, Juárez, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo), transport is by first-class bus or domestic flight with checked luggage. Official recording is delivered edited to the corporate in MP4 format within seven business days after the event.

National gift curation by seniority and occasion

The national event gift curation is built with the executive committee and Internal Communications, with three distinct lines: national operational gift for every attendee, premium-plus gift for the executive committee and legendary gift for the anniversary honourees. For operational attendees we run gifts from MXN 1,200 to 3,500: canvas backpack with corporate logo and event motif, stainless steel thermos, hard-cover notebook, specialty coffee kit, organic cotton T-shirt with Mexican motif, 10,000 mAh powerbank.

For executive committee attendees we run premium gifts from MXN 8,000 to 25,000: Citizen or Casio watch, Montblanc pen, Tumi luggage, Sony or Bose headphones, fine-dining experience, contemporary Mexican art piece. For the anniversary honourees we run legendary gifts from MXN 25,000 to 120,000: Longines or Tag Heuer watch, Montblanc Meisterstück pen, contemporary art piece (Kurimanzutto gallery, Zona Maco), Mexican silver and gold jewellery piece, paid-stay trip. The gift ships with no visible price and is documented with a personalised national CEO letter.

National product launch for 200 to 4,000 attendees — from MXN 3,200,000 before VAT all-inclusive. National corporate anniversary for 300 to 5,000 attendees — from MXN 5,800,000 before VAT all-inclusive. The cost covers AV production, national gift, recognition session, full catering service, ground and air transport of attendees, accommodation, official recording and printed material. Tips, premium drinks outside the package and personal gift outside the national kit are not included. For corporates with IMMEX operations on the northern border, we invoice in USD with deduction under the IMMEX programme. For corporates with USMCA regional operations, we coordinate gift shipping to offices in the United States and Canada with international courier and customs documentation. For corporates headquartered abroad we invoice in USD, EUR or RUB as applicable, with Banco de México daily conversion.
