For corporate posada we handle internal corporate venues (auditorium, terrace, dining room) or external venues such as Hotel Hilton, Hotel Marriott, Hotel Sheraton, premium restaurant, Museo Soumaya, Museo Jumex. For Christmas gala we handle premium venues with catering, audiovisual production, photography service and streaming transmission to regional sites that could not attend.

For fiscal close we handle direct delivery to the corporate or to each IMMEX plant with schedule coordinated with the fiscal area and with the Industrial Safety area. Q4 calendars close with commercial direction, Human Capital and fiscal direction on key dates: second week of November for Buen Fin (Thursday to Monday of the long weekend established by the Ministry of Economy), first and second week of December for corporate posadas by site, third and fourth week of December for Christmas galas by corporate, and December 31 for the fiscal close. Merchandise delivery is scheduled 14 to 21 days in advance of the event so Human Capital and fiscal direction have time to review, count and stamp pieces before close.
