Q2 logistics, venues, calendars and data handling

Q2 logistics are coordinated with Human Capital, Public Relations and the corporate fiscal direction. For Mother's Day we handle internal corporate venues for the celebration (auditorium, dining room, terrace) or external venues such as Hotel Hilton, Hotel Marriott, Hotel Sheraton, premium restaurant. For the end of the school cycle we handle direct delivery to the employee at their home with coordinated schedule, or delivery at the corporate in sealed envelope with personalized card from the Human Capital director. For Tianguis Turístico we handle stand floor with electrical installation, connectivity, dedicated internet and coffee service for international buyers.

For the SME Summit we handle executive boardrooms in CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey with premium catering and coffee break.
