48 to 72-hour internal hackathon where cross-functional teams solve a technical problem of the corporate with award for the winning team. Ideation notebook with methodology and pitch templates, 5-colour sticky notes, premium markers, badge with QR to the event portal with the agenda and resources, gift for the winning team (premium headphones, tech device, travel set), gift for all participants (mug, thermos, notebook), post-event iteration kit with follow-up notebook. Design sprint (5 days)

5-day design sprint where a small team validates a new idea with real user. Monday problem mapping, Tuesday sketching, Wednesday decision, Thursday prototype validation, Friday user test. Ideation notebook with sketching and prototype templates, sticky notes, premium markers, badge with QR to event portal, curated gift for the team (premium headphones), post-event iteration kit. Production from 8 participants. Suited for validating a new idea with real user before market launch.

Executive retreat (2-3 days)

2 to 3-day executive retreat where the leadership team defines next year's vision off-site. Ideation notebook with strategic vision templates, sticky notes, premium markers, badge with QR to event portal, premium curated gift for the executive (Montblanc pen, engraved crystal mug, signed leadership book), post-event iteration kit. Production from 10 participants. Suited for aligning the leadership team on next year's vision away from day-to-day operations.

Methodologies workshop (4-8 hours)

Half-day or full-day workshop to train the team in agile methodologies, design thinking, lean canvas, business model canvas or service blueprint. Ideation notebook with methodology templates, sticky notes, premium markers, badge with QR to event portal, participant gift (mug, thermos, notebook). Production from 20 participants. Suited for in-house training in agile or innovation methodologies.

Ideation kit, sticky notes and gifts

The ideation kit is built with the Innovation team and the workshop facilitator. For hackathon and design sprint we run: ideation notebook on 90 g premium paper with hot-stamped cardboard cover, sewn binding and 80 sheets with methodology templates (problem mapping, sketching, prototype, pitch), sticky notes in 5 colours (3″ × 3″ and 5″ × 8″), premium Sharpie or Staedtler markers, badge with QR to event portal, pen with event logo, label with participant name.

For executive retreat we run: ideation notebook with strategic vision templates, premium sticky notes, premium markers, badge with QR to portal, Montblanc pen or engraved premium pen, label with participant name. For methodologies workshop we run: ideation notebook with specific methodology templates, sticky notes, premium markers, badge with QR to portal, pen, name label.

The curated gift is selected with the Innovation team and the workshop facilitator. For hackathon participants (24 to 80 people) we run gifts from MXN 250 to 1,800: engraved thermos, notebook with USB, productivity kit, tech device (headphones, portable charger). For hackathon winning team (1 to 3 teams) we run gifts from MXN 4,000 to 25,000: premium headphones, tech device, travel set, gastronomic experience. For executive retreat participants (10 to 30 people) we run gifts from MXN 1,800 to 12,000: Montblanc pen, engraved crystal mug, tech device, travel set, signed leadership book.

Post-event iteration kit and logistics

The post-event iteration kit is built with the Innovation team and delivered at event close. For hackathon and design sprint, the kit includes: post-event iteration notebook with follow-up templates, access to event portal with event materials, follow-up card with winning team, gift for winning team. For executive retreat, the kit includes: post-event iteration notebook with follow-up templates, access to event portal, follow-up card with defined vision.

Event logistics are coordinated with the Innovation team and the venue maître. The venue is adapted to the methodology: open room with movable tables for hackathon and design sprint, room with executive armchair for executive retreat, room with projector and flipchart for workshop. Catering is adapted to the format: breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee break with specialty coffee and fruit, healthy snack bar for 48-72 hour hackathon; executive menu for executive retreat; coffee break for workshop. The workspace is documented with venue-approved technical plan.

For corporates with operations in the northern border (Tijuana, Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Matamoros), we also deliver in USD with invoicing in MXN at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day and deduction support for IMMEX programmes when the event links to a manufacturing process innovation programme. Yes — for corporates with internal or external facilitator we run an ideation kit with templates adapted to the facilitator's specific methodology (design thinking, lean canvas, business model canvas, service blueprint, agile, scrum). Templates are delivered at the start of the project and printed in the notebook with personalised cover. The final selection is approved by the facilitator and documented with signed approval.

Do you run external facilitator for the event?

Yes — we run a network of certified facilitators for agile methodologies, design thinking, lean startup and service design. Selected by sector experience and documented with professional contract. For hackathon we run a network of technical mentors (CTO, senior engineering) that accompany teams during the 48-72 hours.

Can you coordinate with award for the hackathon winning team?

Yes — for internal hackathon with winning team award we run premium curated gift (premium headphones, tech device, travel set, gastronomic experience) selected by committee. The award is delivered at the closing ceremony with the CEO and documented with the committee's personalised letter. The award category and criteria are approved at the start of the project.
