LatAm third-quarter closing of 2026: the back-to-business chain that reconciles Mexican Independence, Brazilian industrial fairs and the aguinaldo presale with the IMMEX inventory close

Q3 is the quarter when the LatAm region returns to operating rhythm after the mid-year break: in Mexico the September fortnight concentrates the Independence celebration (15 and 16 September), in Brazil September-October is industrial fair season (Feira de São Paulo Metalurgia, EXPOMAFE, ABF Franchising), in Argentina September is the rentrée after July vacations, and across the region the aguinaldo and year-end presale reactivates, prepared by Q3 for December delivery. The LatAm Q3 chain we produce from Corp-Merch.MX reconciles back-to-business with the aguinaldo presale between 25 and 30 September, with simultaneous delivery across six countries and split invoicing.

The LatAm Q3 chain: four back-to-business axes

Mexico — Mexican Independence and Fashion Week

Back-to-business in Mexico concentrates in the first fortnight of September with the 15 and 16 Independence celebration: corporate patriotic kit with contemporary Mexican motifs, traditional food (chiles en nogada, pozole, pambazo), decor with national colours, artisanal Oaxacan keepsakes. Production of 80 to 3,500 pieces with single-wave delivery between 10 and 12 September. CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT deductible as Industrial Relations expense. For corporates with plants on the northern border, we handle USD delivery with couriers crossing at Laredo or McAllen.

Brazil — ABF and EXPOMAFE industrial fairs

September-October is peak industrial fair season in São Paulo: ABF Franchising Expo at Expo Center Norte, EXPOMAFE at São Paulo Expo, Metalurgia Fair at Anhembi. We produce a fair kit with exhibitor manual, RFID-chip badge, canvas backpack with digital catalogue, thermos, power bank, and premium gift for VIP clients ($180 to $650 USD per piece). NFe invoicing with 18% ICMS in SP is issued directly to the São Paulo corporate, and the report consolidates in USD with the PTAX rate on the day of payment.

Argentina, Colombia, Chile — corporate rentrée

In Argentina the rentrée concentrates in the first fortnight of September with strategic alignment workshops in Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Rosario. In Colombia back-to-business aligns with the October recess week from which most corporates return on the first Monday of October, and a Q3 closing workshop is scheduled in Bogotá between 6 and 10 October. In Chile the March rentrée has already happened, but the Q3 close is leveraged to align the year-end plan. We produce the regional workshop kit with local curation and local invoicing in each country.

Q3 aguinaldo presale — close before 30 September

Q3 closes the aguinaldo and year-end presale: the order is confirmed before 30 September to lock inventory and price ahead of the seasonal +30% spike on premium gifts. Delivery is scheduled between 5 and 20 December per country. We produce a curated catalogue from $1,500 to $25,000 MXN / $80 to $1,200 USD with regional pieces (premium tequila, wine, electronics, jewellery, watches), bilingual packaging and translated CEO letter. The Q3 presale is the last window before the November-December seasonal peak.

LatAm Q3 compliance: the mid-year IMMEX, the Brazilian fiscal close and Colombian ICA

Q3 closes the half-year audit cycle that started in Q2: in Brazil the third-quarter fiscal close (March-June-July per corporate calendar) implies NFe with accumulated ICMS and SPED Fiscal reporting. In Colombia the Q3 close coincides with the bimestral VAT filing (common regime) and municipal ICA. In Mexico the half-year IMMEX audit (June-July) has its reporting in September. In Chile the Q3 VAT perception is reported on F22. In Peru the monthly IGV declaration and 3.5% perception are reported between 1 and 18 of the following month.

We operate the LatAm Q3 chain with split billing from the central atelier in Mexico City towards partner workshops in São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Bogotá, Santiago and Lima. The Mexican component is invoiced with CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT and, when applicable, the Carta Porte 3.0 complement. The regional consolidated report is issued in USD with the conversion on the day of payment and reported to the corporate under the parent's accounting standards (US-GAAP, IFRS or Mexican NIF as the case may be).

Regional Q3 curation: patriotic kit, fair kit, rentrée workshop kit and aguinaldo presale

The LatAm Q3 curation is built on four axes with distinct pieces per country. The Mexican patriotic kit ($65 to $180 USD per piece) includes artisanal Oaxacan keepsake, premium tequila, gourmet Mexican food, contemporary patriotic notebook. The Brazilian industrial fair kit ($90 to $280 USD per piece) includes technical backpack with digital catalogue, industrial thermos, high-capacity power bank, RFID badge, and premium gift for VIP clients.

The rentrée workshop kit ($45 to $110 USD per piece) includes A5 notebook, roller pen, thermos, regional snack, country badge. The aguinaldo presale ($80 to $1,200 USD per piece) curated with premium pieces (Citizen, Casio, Garmin watches, Montblanc, Parker, Dunhill pens, Bose, Sony, Sonos electronics, Taxco silversmith jewellery, Mendoza wine, Reserva de la Familia tequila). CEO letter translated into the local language with neutral tone across the six countries.
