H3 2026 events across Mexico: the Hot Sale window, the mid-year commercial peak

Hot Sale is the most important e-commerce event of the year in Mexico alongside Buen Fin. At Corp-Merch.MX we produce merchandise, POP and experience for Hot Sale 2026: merchandise for the first buyer of the day, basket by ticket, gifts for social media sweepstakes, POP for flagship stores, promoter uniform. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, fully deductible.

Four Hot Sale 2026 production lines

Merchandise for the first buyer of the day

Production of the basket the brand hands to the first buyer of the day during Hot Sale: logo mug, USB, notebook, pen, reusable bag, basket with brand product, gift card, experience. Curation adapts to the brand's average ticket and to the target consumer profile. For fashion brands we run a handle basket with accessory (scarf, premium sock, travel-size perfume). For tech brands we run a handle basket with accessory (charger, basic headphones, case). For home brands we run a handle basket with product from the brand. From fifty units (single flagship) up to five hundred (national chain with fifty-plus stores).

Basket by ticket average

Production of the basket the brand hands to buyers above a certain ticket during Hot Sale: basket for ticket above fifteen hundred pesos, basket above thirty-five hundred, basket above eighty-five hundred. We run escalating merchandise in value and quality: simple basket (mug + sticker + bag), mid basket (backpack + thermos + notebook), premium basket (wine box + chocolates + discount coupon). Production from one hundred units up to five thousand per activation. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Advertising expense.

POP material and promoter uniform

Production of POP material for physical flagship stores and digital platforms during Hot Sale: roller-up banner with activation motif, counter backdrop, product display, monitor or screen with the digital spot, floor display, flyers with discount, promoter uniform (polo shirt with Hot Sale motif, apron, cap, PVC badge). Production from ten units per store up to five hundred for national chain. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Advertising expense.

Merchandise for social media sweepstakes

Production of the basket the brand raffles on its social channels during Hot Sale: full package of brand products, basket with product + accessory, experience (dinner, spa, beauty day), electronics, gift card. For mass sweepstakes we run merchandise at lower value between five hundred and twenty-five hundred pesos; for VIP brand sweepstakes we run merchandise between five thousand and twenty-five thousand pesos. Delivery coordinates with domestic courier to arrive before Hot Sale closes. Production from fifty units up to one thousand per sweepstakes. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible.

Hot Sale 2026 operating calendar

Hot Sale 2026 opens Monday May 18 and closes Monday May 25, eight full days of digital offers on the participating platforms. Brands that will activate must close their merchandise order with Corp-Merch.MX by March 30 to secure plant capacity and delivery before May 5. Brands participating in physical flagship stores must account for additional traffic: Liverpool and El Palacio de Hierro flagships double traffic during Hot Sale and need additional merchandise and personnel. Digital platforms need merchandise for sweepstakes and for influencers supporting the campaign.

At Corp-Merch.MX we coordinate the production chain so material arrives at physical flagship stores, brand warehouses or courier hubs with enough lead time. For brands present in more than one city we run a master calendar with simultaneous production across Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Mérida, Tijuana and León. For digital platforms we run merchandise for sweepstakes with insured domestic courier shipping. For brands with export operations under IMMEX, deduction when merchandise ties to export promotion. Invoicing runs in pesos at the Banco de México rate of the day.

Hot Sale curation by consumer type and ticket

Hot Sale curation depends on the consumer profile and the brand's average ticket. For mass-market consumers (ticket under five hundred pesos) we run practical merchandise between thirty and two hundred and fifty pesos. For middle-market consumers (ticket five hundred to three thousand pesos) we run branded merchandise between two hundred and fifty and fifteen hundred pesos. For premium consumers (ticket over three thousand pesos) we run premium merchandise between fifteen hundred and fifteen thousand pesos. For VIP consumers (ticket over twenty-five thousand pesos) we run premium-plus merchandise between fifteen and one hundred and twenty thousand pesos.

The process begins with a session with the brand's marketing and trade marketing team, where we define the consumer profile, average ticket, budget band per level, gift reason, delivery window and destination. For brands running more than one activation per year we manage an annual program with capacity reservation, volume discount and merchandise standardization by line. Delivery coordinates directly with physical flagship stores, brand warehouses, or courier hubs. For digital platforms with mass sweepstakes we run production from five hundred units up to five thousand per sweepstakes, with insured domestic courier shipping and traceability per item.
