H1 2026 events across Mexico: the first half of the fiscal year, from kick-off to Father's Day

The first half of the Mexican corporate calendar (H1, January through June) is the half that defines the fiscal-year launch. It opens with the national sales convention in the second half of January, runs through the annual shareholders meeting in March-April, adds International Women's Day (March 8), Holy Week, Mother's Day (May 10), Hot Sale (third week of May), Father's Day (June 21 in 2026) and the seasonal industrial shows (Hannover Messe in León, Tianguis Turístico in Acapulco). At Corp-Merch.MX we produce the full H1 merchandise and material chain with CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, fully deductible.

Four blocks of H1 2026 events

Launch block (January-February)

Production of the material for the fiscal-year launch: national sales convention at beach destinations with full kit, prior-year results presentation, first quarterly board meeting, recognition merchandise for top sellers, merchandise for event staff, POP for the stage, uniforms for animation teams. We work with destinations including Cancún, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, Ixtapa and Los Cabos. Production from one hundred and fifty up to twenty-five hundred attendees. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA.

Cultural block (February-May)

Production of merchandise and experience for the cultural dates of the first half: Valentine's Day (February 14), International Women's Day (March 8), Mother's Day (May 10). We curate specifically per festive date: emotional merchandise for Valentine's, female-profile merchandise for International Women's Day and Mother's Day, Mexican-motif basket, premium packaging. For corporates with female-majority teams, operations intensify. Production from fifty units at SME up to five thousand at multinational. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, fully deductible.

Commercial and training block (April-June)

Production of the material for the commercial and training events of the first half: Hot Sale (third week of May, promotional merchandise), industrial shows (Hannover Messe, Tianguis Turístico, Expo Manufactura, booth and buyer kit material), technical training programs (backpack, notebook, USB, badge, gifts for instructors). Production from one hundred units up to thirty thousand per activation. For corporates under IMMEX on the northern border, deduction when merchandise ties to commercial promotion. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA.

Strategic block (April-June)

Production of the material for the strategic events of the first half: annual shareholders meeting (institutional folder, USB with the annual report, executive gift for the board), quarterly results announcement (POP, gifts for analysts), new plant or site opening (inauguration ribbon, gifts for authorities, POP), board dinner (premium-plus merchandise, premium packaging, bilingual documentation). Production from thirty units up to five hundred. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA.

H1 2026 operating rhythm in Mexico

The Mexican H1 has a clear sequence that corporates must leverage: January is launch month, February is stabilization month, March is balance month (International Women's Day, Holy Week), April is industrial shows month, May is Mother's Day and Hot Sale month, June is Father's Day and H1 closing month. The annual shareholders meeting of publicly listed Mexican firms concentrates between March 15 and April 30. March 8 (International Women's Day) lands on a Sunday in 2026, which gives flexibility for an internal event on the preceding Friday. Holy Week closes Q1 and opens the door to offsites toward beach destinations.

At Corp-Merch.MX we run the H1 production chain with a master calendar, a single corporate coordinator and direct delivery to each city where operations run. For corporates operating in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Mérida, Tijuana, León, Veracruz and Acapulco, we run synchronized delivery via domestic courier. For corporates with US or Canadian operations, international shipping under USMCA. For corporates under the IMMEX program on the northern border, deduction when merchandise ties to retention at the plant. Invoicing runs in pesos at the Banco de México rate of the day; for corporates with headquarters abroad we also invoice in USD or EUR with daily conversion.

First-half curation by block

H1 curation depends on the event block. For the launch block we run operational and executive merchandise: welcome kits (twenty-five hundred to eighty-five hundred pesos), salesperson-of-the-year recognition merchandise (five thousand to twenty-five thousand pesos). For the cultural block we run festive merchandise: Valentine's (four hundred and fifty to fifteen hundred pesos), International Women's Day (eight hundred and fifty to thirty-five hundred pesos), Mother's Day (eight hundred and fifty to thirty-five hundred pesos). For the commercial and training block we run promotional and technical merchandise: Hot Sale (thirty to two hundred and fifty pesos), industrial shows (fifteen hundred to five thousand pesos), technical training (eighteen hundred to forty-five hundred pesos). For the strategic block we run premium-plus merchandise: annual shareholders meeting (five thousand to eighty thousand pesos).

The process begins with the H1 calendar definition in a session with the HR, Internal Communications, Training, Procurement and Marketing committees. We define event reason, attendees, budget bands, delivery deadline and merchandise destination. We produce from fifty units for a Mother's Day breakfast up to thirty thousand units for a nationwide Hot Sale activation. For corporates running multiple H1 events we offer a half-year package with volume discount and scheduled delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible per the destination of the spend.
