Internal corporate chain for the fourth quarter of 2026: the quarter of the fiscal close and the party

The fourth quarter of the Mexican corporate calendar is the densest of the year. It begins with the annual shareholders' meeting that BMV-listed issuers hold between October and November, continues with Day of the Dead on 1 and 2 November, adds the chain of December posadas from 1 to 24 December, closes with the corporate christmas party and the year-end awards that recognise the best employees of the fiscal year. Corp-Merch.MX produces the full Q4 chain with a single point of contact and a single invoice: AGM material, Day of the Dead gift, posadas gift, christmas party production, year-end awards gift, single CFDI 4.0 invoice to SAT with 16% VAT, deductible as Industrial Relations expense, with deduction support for IMMEX programmes and USMCA operations when the chain crosses the northern border.

The internal Q4 chain: four events from the fiscal close to the party

The invoice is issued with generic corporate tax data without itemising individual line items.

Day of the Dead — delivery 30 and 31 October

Cultural recognition by the corporate to mark Day of the Dead. Curation with a contemporary Mexican motif: artisanal pan de muerto from a Mexican bakery (El Globo, La Casa del Pan, Oaxacan artisan bakery), Chiapas or Tabasco abuelita chocolate, decorated sugar skulls, pre-Hispanic-motif gift (jadeite piece, Taxco filigree earrings, Tonalá vase with decorative skulls), corporate altar with cempasúchil and candles. For corporates with a cultural heritage programme we also handle folk art gifts (Oaxacan alebrijes, Metepec tree of life, papier-mâché catrinas). Runs from 100 up to 5,000 pieces delivered in a single wave.

December posadas — 1 to 24 December

Production of the posadas chain the corporate schedules as an internal event before the christmas party: bag with ponche and buñuelos, traditional Mexican gift (Querétaro artisan piñata, baskets with Mexican colación, traditional candy from Puebla, wooden jarana, artisanal lotería), decoration with lights, farolitos and Mexican motifs. For employees' children we handle a children's kit with miniature piñata, Advent books and gifts under $1,500 MXN. Runs from 80 pieces for boutique posadas up to 4,000 pieces for multinationals with national celebration. Delivery is scheduled from 1 to 15 December to arrive before the holiday break on 18 December.

Production of the year-end event: christmas party with dinner, toast, live music, gift exchange, premium gift for awardees (Longines watch, Tumi luggage, gastronomic experience, gift card), employee of the year plaque, CEO video with the year-end message. We handle complete production of the venue (Polanco hotel, Bajío hacienda, beach hotel), stage, host, LED screens, DJ or live band, thematic decoration, closing raffle gifts. Runs from 200 pieces for boutique events up to 5,000 pieces for multinationals with national celebration. The invoice is issued with 16% VAT and delivered with payment complement before 31 December.

Calendar and logistics window for the fourth quarter

The internal Q4 chain executes between the first week of October and the last week of December, with logistics pressure concentrated in the last 45 days of the year. The AGM is scheduled between October and November, aligned with the public call published in the EMISNET system with at least 30 days of anticipation. Day of the Dead on 1 and 2 November concentrates Mexican cultural gifts: delivery is scheduled between 28 and 31 October to arrive ahead of the date.

The December posadas are produced between 1 and 15 December, before the holiday break on 18 December. The christmas party is scheduled between 12 and 20 December, avoiding 24 and 25 December due to venue and supplier unavailability. The quarter's invoice is issued with 16% VAT and delivered with payment complement before 31 December so the corporate deducts the expense in the 2026 fiscal year. For corporates with a US parent we invoice in USD with the Banco de México conversion on the day of payment. For corporates with IMMEX operations on the northern border, we handle USD invoicing and deduction under the IMMEX programme when the gift is tied to talent retention.

Can you produce the full fourth-quarter chain?

Yes — we handle AGM, Day of the Dead, posadas, christmas party and year-end awards under a single annual order with a single point of contact and a single invoice. The chain closes with reservations before 30 September to guarantee venue and supplier availability in the last months of the year.

How do you handle confidentiality for the AGM?

AGM production operates under NDA signed by the Corp-Merch.MX team.
