For hotel-venue events (Four Seasons, St. Regis, Hilton Reforma) the setup window is coordinated with the Banquets team and material unloading runs through the hotel service entrance.

Hotel venues in CDMX work best for 50 to 250 attendees with gala dinner or cocktail; convention venues work best for 250 to 5,000 attendees with expo, plenary and parallel rooms.
