B2C events across Mexico in 2026: brand activations, pop-ups and shopping experiences for end consumers

The Mexican consumer is mobile, connected and very experience-driven. A brand activation at a high-traffic mall like Antara, Santa Fe, Andares, Plaza Carso, Perisur, Plaza Fiesta San Agustín or La Isla Cancún produces between eight thousand and forty thousand contacts over a single weekend. Hot Sale (third week of May), Buen Fin (third weekend of November) and the festive calendar covering Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Fiestas Patrias, Halloween, Día de Muertos and Christmas open critical B2C windows. At Corp-Merch.MX we produce the merchandise, the experience and the POP for those activations, with CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA and Marketing-administration deductibility.

Four B2C production lines for 2026

Brand activation at the mall

Production of the material the brand installs in a shopping center: portable stand or tent, LED-lit product display, courtesy gifts for attendees (reusable bag with logo, mug, notebook, USB, sticker pack), POP (roller-up banner, backdrop, beach flag, floor display, monitor for digital content). We produce and ship to the venue seven days before the event. We work with operators of the major malls across the country: Fibra Macquarie, Fibra Uno, Vinte, Grupo Sordo Madaleno, Grupo Planigrupo, Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro.

Temporary pop-up store

Production of the material for the short-term store the brand opens during a tight window: light furniture (table, clothing rack, display, fitting room), opening gifts for the first visitors, special packaging (fabric bag, rigid box with sticker, card with the buyer's name), ambient material (floor vinyl, wall vinyl, ambient photography), staff uniform (polo shirt, apron, badge). Production from fifty units up to five thousand per opening. Curation by consumer type and ticket average.

Retail experience at point of sale

Production of the experience the brand brings to the department or self-service store: promotional merchandise for first buyers, special packaging for the activation product, POP for gondola or endcap, promoter uniform, merchandise for the floor team. We work with Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro, Suburbia, Coppel, Elektra, Oxxo, Walmart, Costco, Chedraui and Soriana. Production from two hundred units up to fifty thousand per nationwide activation. Deduction available as Promotion and Advertising expense.

Consumer merchandise for Hot Sale, Buen Fin and festive dates

Production of the merchandise the brand gives or sells during the strong commercial windows: gift for the first buyer of the day, gift for buyers above a ticket threshold, gift for social media shares, gift for activation sweepstakes. We produce from one hundred units up to twenty thousand per window. For Hot Sale (May) and Buen Fin (November) we run advance calendars with capacity reservations starting three months out. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Advertising expense.

The 2026 B2C calendar: windows no brand can miss

The Mexican B2C calendar has critical windows that concentrate between thirty-five and forty-five percent of annual sales for many categories: Valentine's Day (February 14), Mother's Day (May 10), Hot Sale (third week of May), Fiestas Patrias (September 15 and 16), Halloween (October 31), Día de Muertos (November 1 and 2), Buen Fin (third weekend of November), Christmas (December 24 and 25) and New Year. Each window has its own dynamic: Valentine's calls for emotional gifts (perfume, jewelry, experiences); Mother's Day calls for the mom profile; Hot Sale calls for discounts and tech merchandise; Fiestas Patrias call for Mexican-motif merchandise; Buen Fin calls for home and family gifts; Christmas calls for premium gifts.

At Corp-Merch.MX we coordinate the production chain so material arrives at the venue or the brand warehouse with enough lead time for setup and logistics. For brands present in more than one city, we run a master calendar with simultaneous production across Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Mérida, Tijuana and León. Invoicing runs in Mexican pesos at the Banco de México exchange rate of the day; for brands with US or Canadian operations we also invoice in dollars with daily conversion and USMCA support when merchandise crosses the border. For e-commerce brands with the IMMEX program, we handle deduction when merchandise ties to export.

Curated merchandise by consumer profile and average ticket

Merchandise curation for B2C depends on the consumer profile and the brand's average ticket. For mass-market consumers (ticket under five hundred pesos) we run practical merchandise between thirty and two hundred and fifty pesos: mug, notebook, pen, USB, sticker, reusable bag. For middle-market consumers (ticket five hundred to three thousand pesos) we run branded merchandise between two hundred and fifty and fifteen hundred pesos: backpack, thermos, wine box, gourmet kit. For premium consumers (ticket over three thousand pesos) we run premium merchandise between fifteen hundred and fifteen thousand pesos: watch, pen, luggage, experience. For VIP consumers (ticket over twenty-five thousand pesos) we run premium-plus merchandise between fifteen and one hundred and twenty thousand pesos: artwork, travel, jewelry, high-end electronics.

The process begins with a session with the brand's marketing and trade marketing team, where we define the consumer profile, average ticket, budget band per level, gift reason, delivery window and destination. For brands running more than one activation per year, we manage an annual program with capacity reservation, volume discount and merchandise standardization by line. Delivery coordinates directly with the event venue, the brand warehouse, or the mall operator. For activations in the United States or Canada, we handle international shipping with full customs documentation.
