Americas first-quarter closing of 2026: the USMCA cross-border chain that reconciles the trilingual kickoff across Mexico, the United States and Canada with the northern-border IMMEX review

The Q1 of the USMCA block has a particular geometry: in Mexico it starts the second week of January with the national kickoff; in the United States the regional kickoff starts the second week of January under the corporate (not calendar) fiscal calendar and is scheduled between Detroit, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles or New York; in Canada the kickoff starts the first week of January in Toronto or Vancouver with bilingual French-English compliance under the Loi sur les langues officielles. The Americas Q1 chain we produce from Corp-Merch.MX operates in three currencies (USD dominant, MXN for the Mexican component, CAD for the Canadian component), three languages (Spanish, English, French), and closes between 25 and 31 March with split invoicing from the central atelier in Mexico City and, when applicable, invoicing from Toronto under HST 13% and from Houston under 8.25% sales tax.

The Americas Q1 chain: four axes of the USMCA block

Mexico — trilingual kickoff and IMMEX review

The Americas kickoff in Mexico runs 8 to 15 January with simultaneous Spanish-English-French interpretation for guests from the Canadian or French parent. The northern border IMMEX review (Tijuana, Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Matamoros) runs 15 to 25 March with audit kit for SAT inspectors. CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT.

United States — regional kickoff in main hub

The US kickoff runs 6 to 13 January at the regional hub designated by the corporate (typically Detroit for automotive, Houston for energy, Atlanta for services, Los Angeles for technology, New York for finance). We produce a USMCA kit with Americans with Disabilities Act compliance (optional braille engraving), English and Spanish manual when Latin attendees are present, corporate backpack, thermos, notebook, UL-certified power bank. Invoicing is issued in USD without sales tax when the client is a reseller (resale certificate) or with state sales tax when applicable.

Canada — bilingual kickoff Toronto/Vancouver

The Canadian kickoff runs the first week of January at Toronto Congress Centre or Vancouver Convention Centre, with bilingual French-English kit for Quebec guests. We produce a USMCA kit with the year's manual translated into Canadian French (not European French), canvas tote with discreet maple leaf, engraved thermos, bilingual notebook, Purdy's Canadian chocolate or Montreal ganache. Women's Day — trilingual delivery MX/US/CA

8 March is the cultural date of Americas Q1: recognition for every female employee of the company with a unisex wellness kit and regional motif. We produce a bilingual kit with Mexican motif for Mexico, US motif for the US (without margarita or taco clichés), Canadian motif for Canada (without maple clichés).
