Operator polos and workshirts
Combed cotton or poly-cotton blend with the oil-asset embroidery and the operator or contractor logo. Short and long sleeve, XS to 4XL, individually packaged by operator name for named delivery.
October, November and December are the quarter when the Gulf of Mexico offshore platforms, the Olmeca refinery at Dos Bocas, the Sureste wind farms and the suppliers with an operations footprint in Villahermosa close the fiscal year and run the operator-recognition day. The Sureste Oil Recognition brings together operations coordinators from Pemex Exploración y Producción, maintenance leads from CFE, IMMEX suppliers and contractors that close the year's contracts. We produce the recognition merch — day uniform, length-of-service gift, family kit, deck thermos — with consolidated delivery to the event venue in Villahermosa and CFDI 4.0 with the Foreign Trade Complement when the destination is an IMMEX zone.
The Sureste Oil Recognition is, in practice, the sum of three days run in parallel: the internal Pemex Exploración y Producción day for platform and terminal staff, the day for IMMEX-program suppliers closing November contracts, and the day for contractors receiving the last-quarter invoice. The three days share the calendar — the second half of November and the first of December — and share the venue: the host-hotel event hall or the Villahermosa Cámara Nacional de Comercio hall, depending on the group size.
The merch we deliver has three audiences. For platform and terminal operators — operator, maintenance technician, deck supervisor — we produce embroidered polos with the asset logo and the operator logo, softshell jackets with reflective tape for deck use, 1 L thermoses engraved with the asset, and marine backpacks with YKK zippers. For administrative and support staff at the Olmeca refinery, the wind farms and CFE Sureste the bundle steps up: briefcase with tablet pocket, corporate notebook, desk kit with metallic pen and holder. For the operator's children we produce a family kit with school backpack, notebook and a Tabasco-motif card.
The RFC that invoices the Recognition varies by organiser. Pemex runs its own contracts, IMMEX suppliers based in Villahermosa, Cunduacán or Cárdenas carry a local RFC, and foreign-OEM contractors — including the Russian-capital operators still present in the Sureste — combine MXN invoicing with USD or RUB compensation depending on contract.

When the merch destination is an oil asset in an IMMEX zone, the CFDI 4.0 carries the Foreign Trade Complement 2.0 with the pedimento key, import or export number, textile tariff description (Harmonised System, chapters 61 and 62), receiver RFC and final recipient RFC when they differ, and the contracted currency. We invoice in MXN by default; if the contract is USMCA-dollarised we invoice in USD at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the invoice day; if the parent pays in RUB from Moscow or Saint Petersburg we invoice in MXN and hand over the invoice translated into Russian for the parent's accounting.
16% IVA is itemised when the receiver is a Mexican resident. For direct deliveries to platforms in the maritime zone beyond the twelve-nautical-mile limit, the IVA treatment changes and we review it on the kick-off call.
