Q2 fundraising operational calendar

The Mexican Q2 concentrates three demo-day windows: the last week of April (when the cohorts of Cometa, ALLVP and 500 Global Mexico close the first acceleration quarter and present to LPs), the last week of May (when corporate venture arms run scouting processes), and the last week of June (when funds close their first investment half-year and founders rush the last meetings of the quarter). The production window closes between 15 March and 15 April for pieces delivered in May, and between 15 April and 31 May for pieces delivered in June.

For Series A (USD 3M to 15M ticket) we deliver premium-curation lines: hardcover pitch deck, mid-range welcome box, full-team merchandise, private dinner at a recognised chef restaurant. For Series B and beyond (USD 20M+ ticket) we deliver luxury-curation lines: lacquered-wood box with hot stamping, Mexican art pieces, gastronomic experience or short trip. Final decision closes between 5 and 25 April for pieces delivered in May.

The process kicks off with a working session with the founder, the finance team and the operations team, where we define the investor profile (local Mexico, regional LATAM, US, Europe), the number of kits needed, the distribution channels (one-to-one meeting, mass demo day, follow-up mailing), the production timeline and the per-kit budget. Final curation closes between 5 and 25 April for the first Q2 block, and between 5 and 25 May for the second block.
