Q1 launch-day operational calendar

The Mexican Q1 launch day concentrates in three windows: the second half of January (when startups that closed funding in Q4 of the previous year announce product), the first half of March (when the cohorts of Cometa, ALLVP and 500 Global Mexico close the quarter with demo day and public launch), and the last week of March (when startups that pitched at CES, NRF or Web Summit launch in Mexico). The production window closes between 15 December of the previous year and 15 January for pieces delivered in February, and between 15 January and 28 February for pieces delivered in March.

For Series B and beyond launching a feature or new vertical we deliver higher-value lines for active clients, new hires and specialised press. Final decision closes between 15 December and 31 January depending on target launch date.

The process kicks off with a working session with the founder, the marketing team and the operations team, where we define the launch message, the number of early adopters, the distribution channels (coworking, office, event, direct shipping), the production timeline and the per-piece budget.
