Four merch tracks for your Q4 close

Booth staff merch

T-shirts, hoodies and caps for the booth team. Unisex and curvy sizing, one- or two-ink print to keep your runway tidy. Production in 8 to 12 business days with QC before packing.

High-recall giveaways

Tumblers, notebooks, stickers, tote bags and power banks with your logo. Typical volumes from 150 to 600 pieces to spark booth and networking conversations.

Key-guest kits

Two- to four-piece boxes for leads moving to demo, investors under NDA or confirmed speakers. Personalization with the recipient's name on lid, label or ribbon.

All-hands internal merch

Recognition awards, belonging swag and premium packaging for employees who closed the quarter strong. Useful for retention before the Q1 2027 salary review.

Production and logistics on Mexican soil

We work on your schedule, not ours. For a Q4 launch-tier event we typically run 18 to 32 days end to end, with the following breakdown. We allocate four to six days for the design brief and visual proposal, then two rounds of approval at no extra cost. Production takes ten to eighteen days depending on material and volume, and shipping to your venue is scheduled three to five days before the event. We issue CFDI 4.0 with 16% VAT breakdown and, if your company operates under the IMMEX program, we invoice as a deductible expense under line 8310 with the supporting documentation your accountant needs. For border operations — Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo — we coordinate domestic delivery so your merch does not cross with your plant's IMMEX flow.

Quotes are issued in Mexican pesos at the day's Banxico FIX rate. If your CFO asks for a USD comparison, we open the parallel without currency penalty. For international purchases in RUB or EUR, the same rule applies using Banco de México's official rate on the invoicing day, and we can structure payment through SPEI, USD wire or crypto under a master agreement.

Suggested timeline

  1. Week 1 — Creative brief and operations brief. Volume, sizes, materials, ceiling budget and destination.
  2. Week 2 — Design and first mockup round. Lock palette, print technique and packaging.
  3. Weeks 3–4 — Production. Line, screen, embroidery, DTF or sublimation per material.
  4. Week 5 — Quality control, packing and delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoice issued within 72 hours of delivery.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for a Q4 launch tier?

For t-shirts and tote bags the minimum is 50 pieces. For kits with engraving or embroidery, the minimum rises to 30 boxes. Below those numbers unit cost spikes, and it's better to consolidate merch into a single large delivery.

Can you invoice abroad if my startup is incorporated in Delaware?

Yes. We work with Mexican and foreign entities. If your entity is foreign, we issue CFDI 4.0 to the general public with the foreign trade complement when applicable, or coordinate with your accounting firm in Mexico City for an invoice under the foreign-resident-with-permanent-establishment regime.

What happens if the event moves dates?

We reschedule delivery at no cost if you notify us at least twelve business days ahead. With less notice, the reschedule is billed as an order change and production is moved according to plant availability.

Are you an official sponsor of the event where I will participate?

No. We are an independent corporate merch supplier. We have no commercial agreement, sponsorship or license with event organizers or with the brands participating in them.

Corp-Merch operates as an independent corporate merch supplier. We are not the organizer, sponsor, supporter or affiliate of the events where our clients participate. Each quote responds to a client brief and is executed without exclusivity with the event, its organizer or its main brand.

Regional logistics and state coverage

We operate a supplier network across Mexico City, Estado de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Querétaro and Yucatán. For deliveries to Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Baja California and Quintana Roo we work with carriers specialized in fragile and high-value freight. Delivery windows for the northern provinces run five to eight business days by destination; for the south-southeast four to six. We coordinate appointment at the client CEDIS, the employee address, or the event venue with pre-agreed schedule and signed reception. For deliveries to corporate offices with access control we request the responsible's ID and reception window at least five business days ahead.

Tracking runs via air waybill with delivery confirmation. For events with on-site setup we deliver twenty-four to forty-eight hours before launch for maneuvering room. For deliveries to haciendas and hotels with vehicle and personnel access rules, we request entry protocol forty-eight hours ahead. The CFDI 4.0 invoice rides attached to the email of the responsible of finance and your commercial direction. When the event operates inside Mexico City restricted traffic zones, we adjust schedule to the morning window before 10:00 or the evening window after 18:00 to avoid Hoy No Circula penalties.

What we do well and what we do not

We operate on startup learning curves: the brief usually shifts between the first meeting and final delivery, colors evolve after a pitch to investors, and sizes adjust when headcount moves two weeks before the event. We accompany that dynamic with two mockup rounds at no extra cost, size replacement up to five business days before delivery, and replacement of any piece damaged in transit. We are not the cheapest option on the market: we are the one that arrives on time, with a CFDI 4.0 invoice ready to deduct, and with a direct responsible on Mexico City time who picks up the phone.

What we do not do: pirate merch, dropshipping without traceability, or production with materials without technical sheet. If your brief asks for any of those, we talk before quoting.
