Four VIP merch tracks for your Q3 gala

Numbered anniversary recognition

Unique pieces signed by the artist or workshop, numbered with the event folio and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Bronze, blown glass, engraved silver or wooden plate with low-relief engraving.

Table kits for VIP guests

Courtesy box at each place setting with a personal-use item: silk handkerchief, desk accessory, art book or author piece. Packaging without external logo to preserve the tone of the event.

Board and former-CEO gala merch

Wallet, agenda or leather travel piece with guest monogram, delivered with letterhead card and CEO signature. Useful for boards and partner meetings.

Founding employee recognition

Recognition pieces engraved with career narrative, low-relief photograph and identification plate. Suitable for tributes to employees with thirty or more years of service.

Boutique production and operational discretion

A Q3 anniversary gala admits no error or premature visibility. That's why we operate under closed curation committee: two packaging suppliers at minimum, one artist or authorized workshop for unique pieces, and one dedicated quality manager for the batch. The full process runs 55 to 95 days: four weeks of prototype development and physical piece validation, five weeks of material curation and main batch production, and ten days of piece-by-piece quality control, final packaging and delivery. Delivery runs with insured courier, escort when the piece requires it, and signed reception by the client-designated responsible.

We invoice with CFDI 4.0 at delivery close. If the contracting entity is a foreign resident, we issue the foreign-trade complement and SAT-stamped XML to the client's accounting office. For corporates under the IMMEX program the invoice operates as a deductible expense under line 8310 with the supporting documentation the external auditor requires. We quote by default in Mexican pesos at the day's Banxico FIX rate, and we open USD and EUR comparison under the same order number. For corporates with parent in Eastern Europe we open payment lines in RUB and EUR at Banco de México's official rate on invoice close, without retroactive FX adjustment clause.

Frequently asked questions

What is the useful volume for an anniversary gala?

30 to 200 pieces. Below 30 we operate under signed unique-piece model. Above 200 the curation changes scale and we recommend opening a parallel second batch for staff and institutional guests.

Can you sign NDA with the client and each guest?

Yes. We sign NDA, NNN and non-disclosure agreements at piece, batch and final-client level. The curation process operates under internal code and physical samples are destroyed at project close if the client requests it, with a deed signed by both parties.

Can you operate under compliance clauses for corporates with parent in the United States or Europe?

Yes. We operate under the compliance clauses of issuers listed on NYSE, NASDAQ, FTSE and Deutsche Börse, including FCPA, UK Bribery Act and FCPA-MX. We handle supplier KYC, material traceability and no-conflict-of-interest clauses.

Are you an official sponsor of galas, foundations or auction houses?

No. We are an independent corporate merch workshop. We have no commercial agreement, sponsorship or license with gala organizers, foundations, auction houses or umbrella associations.

Corp-Merch operates as an independent corporate merch supplier. We are not the organizer, sponsor, supporter or affiliate of the galas, foundations or umbrella associations where our clients deliver merch. Each quote responds to a client brief and is executed under a curated services contract, without equity or exclusivity with the event, its organizer or its main brand.

Regional logistics and state coverage

We operate a supplier network across Mexico City, Estado de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Querétaro and Yucatán. For deliveries to Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Baja California and Quintana Roo we work with carriers specialized in fragile and high-value freight. Delivery windows for the northern provinces run five to eight business days by destination; for the south-southeast four to six. We coordinate appointment at the client CEDIS, the employee address, or the event venue with pre-agreed schedule and signed reception. For deliveries to corporate offices with access control we request the responsible's ID and reception window at least five business days ahead.

Tracking runs via air waybill with delivery confirmation. For events with on-site setup we deliver twenty-four to forty-eight hours before launch for maneuvering room. For deliveries to haciendas and hotels with vehicle and personnel access rules, we request entry protocol forty-eight hours ahead. The CFDI 4.0 invoice rides attached to the email of the responsible of finance and your commercial direction. When the event operates inside Mexico City restricted traffic zones, we adjust schedule to the morning window before 10:00 or the evening window after 18:00 to avoid Hoy No Circula penalties.

What we do well and what we do not

We operate on the cadence of a VIP: date changes by decision of the board or the organizing committee, packaging adjustments by the invited artist's dictum, last-minute replacements requested by a benefactor or a principal guest. We cover that dynamic with two physical prototype rounds at no extra cost, packaging adjustment without touching the main material within the first thirty days, and replacement of any piece damaged in transit with piece-by-piece traceability and documented destruction. We work with CFDI 4.0 ready to deduct, direct responsible on Mexico City time, NDA and NNN signed before the brief, and weekly report to the organizing committee under internal code.

What we do not do: artist or auction-house licensing without authorization, production with materials without origin traceability, or alliances with organizers that commit your gala to a third party. If your gala asks for any of that, we talk before quoting.
