Four merch tracks for your seasonal Q3

Patriot merch for sales force and staff

T-shirt, cap and apron with patriotic identity for point-of-sale activations during the patriot fortnight. Fast production to supply your network before August 31.

Seasonal expo merch

Kits for booth staff, visitor pieces and gifts for clients prospected during the expo. Designed to maintain brand presence amid the crowded Q3 offer.

Summer retreat kits

Backpack, towel, sandal and tumbler with corporate identity for mid-year retreats. Designed for outdoor activities and warm climates in the bajío and south-southeast regions.

Back-to-school merch

Branded school supplies, kids' backpack and welcome kit for employees' children. Useful as a social benefit and as an external campaign facing the new school cycle.

Production with Mexican identity and multi-venue logistics

Mexican Q3 is characterized by contrast: mid-year with extreme heat in the north and rainy season in the center-south. That's why we recommend breathable materials, inks resistant to sweat and packaging that withstands sales-floor handling. The production window usually runs 25 to 35 days: four weeks of brief and prototype, two to three weeks of main batch production, and five days of multi-venue delivery with appointment at CEDIS or regional warehouse.

We invoice with CFDI 4.0 at the close of each delivery, with 16% VAT breakdown. For corporates with foreign parent we issue the foreign-trade complement and SAT-stamped XML. For companies under the IMMEX program the invoice operates as a deductible expense under line 8310 with the supporting documentation for the pedimento. We quote by default in Mexican pesos at the day's Banxico FIX rate, with USD comparison for regional CFO. For corporates with parent in Eastern Europe we open payment lines in RUB and EUR at Banco de México's official rate on invoice close, without retroactive FX adjustment clause.

Suggested timeline for your seasonal Q3

  1. May — Brief and creative brief. Reservation of plant capacity and cutting table.
  2. June — Prototype and validation. Palette, packaging and application guide lock.
  3. July and August — Main batch production. Quality control per batch.
  4. First fortnight of September — Multi-venue delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoice issued and sent to the client.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for a seasonal Q3?

For t-shirts, caps and tumblers the minimum is 100 pieces. For kits with engraving, the minimum rises to 50 boxes. Below those numbers it's better to consolidate the brief into one large line to optimize unit cost.

Can you deliver directly to multiple venues on a single order?

Yes. For multis with presence in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara we recommend splitting the batch into three simultaneous deliveries: each venue receives its own kit with the same identity and an envelope with local elements. This reduces logistics risk and improves the pride of each site.

Can you handle multiple merch claims for different cities?

Yes. We work with single claim and multi-city claim in the same batch, with differentiated packaging per venue. Useful when your brand operates in regions with different cultural accents or turns.

Are you an official sponsor of the national holiday, regional expos or tourism chambers?

No. We are an independent corporate merch workshop. We have no commercial agreement, sponsorship or license with organizers of national holidays, regional expos or tourism chambers.

Corp-Merch operates as an independent corporate merch supplier. We are not the organizer, sponsor, supporter or affiliate of the patriot events, regional expos or tourism chambers where our clients deliver merch. Each quote responds to a client brief and is executed under a services contract, without exclusivity with the event, its organizer or its main brand.

Regional logistics and state coverage

We operate a supplier network across Mexico City, Estado de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Querétaro and Yucatán. For deliveries to Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Baja California and Quintana Roo we work with carriers specialized in fragile and high-value freight. Delivery windows for the northern provinces run five to eight business days by destination; for the south-southeast four to six. We coordinate appointment at the client CEDIS, the employee address, or the event venue with pre-agreed schedule and signed reception. For deliveries to corporate offices with access control we request the responsible's ID and reception window at least five business days ahead.

Tracking runs via air waybill with delivery confirmation. For events with on-site setup we deliver twenty-four to forty-eight hours before launch for maneuvering room. For deliveries to haciendas and hotels with vehicle and personnel access rules, we request entry protocol forty-eight hours ahead. The CFDI 4.0 invoice rides attached to the email of the responsible of finance and your commercial direction. When the event operates inside Mexico City restricted traffic zones, we adjust schedule to the morning window before 10:00 or the evening window after 18:00 to avoid Hoy No Circula penalties.

What we do well and what we do not

We operate on the cadence typical of a Mexican company: date changes by board decision, replacements for last-minute resignations or hires, palette shifts when the year's brand guide moves. We cover that dynamic with replacement for staff turnover at no extra cost within the first thirty days, packaging palette adjustment without touching the main material, and replacement of any piece damaged by in-transit handling. We work with CFDI 4.0 ready to deduct, direct responsible on Mexico City time, and weekly progress report by email and WhatsApp to the committee.

What we do not do: production without traceability, dropshipping with generic material, or alliances with event organizers that commit your event to a third party. If your operation asks for any of that, we talk before quoting.
