Q2 2026 events across Mexico: the quarter of Mother's Day, Hot Sale and Father's Day

The second quarter of the Mexican corporate calendar (April, May, June) concentrates three of the strongest dates for internal and external gifting: Mother's Day (May 10), Hot Sale (third week of May) and Father's Day (third Sunday of June, June 21 in 2026). It is also the quarter of massive technical training, the industrial trade shows (Hannover Messe in León, Tianguis Turístico in Acapulco) and the closing of the quarterly meetings. At Corp-Merch.MX we produce the Q2 event chain with CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA and deductibility as Industrial Relations, Training or Advertising expense.

Q2 2026 operating rhythm in Mexico

The Mexican Q2 opens with Holy Week at the tail end of March and the first week of April, runs through the post-vacation stabilization and the launch of training programs, peaks at Mother's Day (May 10, a Sunday in 2026 which permits an internal event on the preceding Friday), passes through Hot Sale (third week of May), and closes with Father's Day (third Sunday of June, June 21 in 2026). It is a quarter with three merchandise peaks that the corporate must coordinate in advance.

At Corp-Merch.MX we run the Q2 production chain with a master calendar that reserves capacity from Q1. Mother's Day production starts in February for May delivery. Hot Sale production starts in March for May delivery. Father's Day production starts in April for June delivery. Training and trade show production starts six to eight weeks ahead depending on destination. For corporates operating in more than one city we run synchronized delivery via domestic courier. For corporates with US or Canadian operations, international shipping under USMCA. For corporates under the IMMEX program on the northern border, deduction when merchandise ties to retention at the plant. Invoicing runs in pesos at the Banco de México rate of the day.

Q2 curation by event reason

Q2 curation depends on the event reason. For Mother's Day we run female-profile merchandise: spa basket, gourmet basket, jewelry basket, premium-plus gift for veteran moms. For Hot Sale we run mass-profile promotional merchandise: mug, USB, notebook, pen, reusable bag. For Father's Day we run male-profile merchandise: tech basket, beer basket, experience basket, premium-plus gift for veteran dads. For training we run technical merchandise: backpack, notebook, USB, badge, specialized kit. For trade shows we run executive merchandise: pen, notebook, USB, backpack, premium gift for VIP buyers.

The process begins with the Q2 calendar definition in a session with the HR, Internal Communications, Training, Procurement and Marketing committees. We define event reason, attendees, budget bands, delivery deadline and merchandise destination. We produce from fifty units for a Mother's Day breakfast up to thirty thousand units for a nationwide Hot Sale activation. For corporates running multiple Q2 events we offer a quarterly package with volume discount and scheduled delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible per the destination of the spend.
