Mid-year review, internal training and recognition Q2 2026: the consolidation quarter of the Mexican corporate

The second quarter (April, May, June) is the consolidation quarter of the Mexican corporate. The workforce launched in January, Q1 objectives got measured in March, and Q2 is the window for mid-year review, internal training programs, recognition for the teams that hit the first-half quota, internal Mother's Day and Father's Day events, and leadership offsites. At Corp-Merch.MX we produce Q2 internal merchandise with CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Industrial Relations, Training or Advertising expense.

Four critical Q2 2026 internal events

Mid-year review — half-year evaluation

Merchandise for the mid-year review the corporate runs between April and June: kits for the evaluated teams (notebook, pen, USB with the evaluation), gifts for the managers delivering results (between eight hundred and fifty and thirty-five hundred pesos), gifts for the standout performers of the first half (fifteen hundred to fifty-five hundred pesos), POP material for the evaluation session. For firms that measure fiscal year by the first half (manufacturing, retail, financial services) we run staggered production with direct delivery to the corporate office. CFDI 4.0, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Industrial Relations expense.

Internal Mother's Day and Father's Day

Merchandise for the internal Mother's Day (May 10) and Father's Day (third Sunday of June) events: baskets for female employees with May 10 motif (eight hundred and fifty to thirty-five hundred pesos), baskets for male employees with Father's Day motif (eight hundred and fifty to thirty-five hundred pesos), gifts for the female and male leadership, POP material for the internal event (panel, working breakfast). For corporates that celebrate both dates internally we run female and male curation with motif packaging. CFDI 4.0, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Industrial Relations expense.

For corporates with leadership, language, technical or professional certification programs we run staggered production with delivery to the corporate office or to the event. CFDI 4.0, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Training expense.

Leadership offsites and team building

Merchandise for the Q2 leadership offsites and team building: participant kit (backpack, notebook, pen, bottle, welcome gift), gifts for the external facilitators (twenty-five hundred to eighty-five hundred pesos), gifts for the standout teams (fifteen hundred to fifty-five hundred pesos), POP material for the session. For corporates with leadership offsites, strategic offsites or team building programs we run production with destinations including Valle de Bravo, Tepoztlán, Tequisquiapan, Mérida and beach destinations. CFDI 4.0, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Training expense.

Q2 internal events operating rhythm

The Mexican Q2 concentrates the consolidation internal events. Mid-year review starts in April with the Q1 evaluation and extends through June with first-half results consolidation. Internal Mother's Day (May 10, Sunday in 2026) moves the week of May 4 to 15 with internal events at the corporate offices. Internal Father's Day (third Sunday of June, June 21 in 2026) moves the week of June 15 to 25. Leadership offsites and team building distribute between April and June, typically before or after the strong commercial dates so they don't collide with the commercial area calendar.

At Corp-Merch.MX we coordinate Q2 internal event production with a master calendar, a single corporate lead and direct delivery to each office or venue. For corporates with operations in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, Mérida, Tijuana, León, Veracruz and Acapulco we run synchronized delivery via domestic courier. For corporates with US or Canadian operations we run international shipping under USMCA. For corporates under the IMMEX program on the northern border we run deduction when merchandise ties to talent retention. Invoicing runs in pesos at the Banco de México rate of the day; for corporates with headquarters abroad we also invoice in USD or EUR with daily conversion.

Q2 internal events curation

Q2 internal curation depends on event type and seniority. For mid-year review we run gifts between eight hundred and fifty and fifty-five hundred pesos with evaluation kits and manager gifts. For internal Mother's Day and Father's Day we run baskets between eight hundred and fifty and thirty-five hundred pesos with female and male curation. For internal training we run gifts between eight hundred and fifty and fifty-five hundred pesos with trainee kit and certification gifts. For leadership offsites and team building we run gifts between fifteen hundred and eighty-five hundred pesos with participant kit and external facilitator gifts.

The process starts with a session involving the HR, Internal Communications, Training, Procurement and Marketing committees, where we define the Q2 internal calendar, attendees per event, budget bands and delivery deadline. Q2 production normally starts in March to secure capacity. For corporates with several Q2 events we offer a quarterly package with volume discount and scheduled delivery. CFDI 4.0 invoicing, sixteen percent IVA, deductible as Industrial Relations, Training or Advertising expense per the destination of the gift.
