Four premium merch tracks for your Q1 launch

Specialty press kits

Dedicated boxes with samples, technical dossier in leather or aluminum and numbered collector piece. Packaging with launch graphic identity and wax seal or silk ribbon closure.

Ephemeral showroom merch

Reusable bags with foil seal, tumbler or engraved glass and stationery set. Designed so the visitor takes the launch brand home and uses it beyond the event.

Dealer and distribution network kits

Case with desk item, brand manual and application guide. Useful to align the distribution network with the launch discourse.

Sector pioneer recognition

Unique numbered pieces for employees with twenty or more years in the brand, founding dealers and key trade partners. Suitable for the year's kickoff of a brand with a long history.

Curated production and attention to detail

A Q1 premium launch admits no error margin. That's why our process starts with a curation committee including the packaging supplier, the finishing supplier and the raw-material supplier. For a premium launch we typically run 45 to 70 days: four weeks of prototyping and physical validation of packaging and piece, two weeks of material curation and main batch production, and ten days of piece-by-piece QC, final packaging and delivery. Delivery runs with insured courier service, escort when the piece requires it, and signed reception by the client-designated responsible.

Invoicing operates under CFDI 4.0 with 16% VAT breakdown. For corporates with foreign parent we issue the foreign-trade complement and SAT-stamped XML. For companies under the IMMEX program the invoice functions as a deductible expense under line 8310 with the supporting documentation for the pedimento. We quote by default in Mexican pesos at the day's Banxico FIX rate, with USD comparison for regional CFO. For corporates with parent in Eastern Europe we open payment lines in RUB and EUR at Banco de México's official rate on invoice close, without retroactive FX adjustment clause.

Suggested timeline for your Q1 launch

  1. October of previous year — Curation committee. Material and supplier selection.
  2. November–December — Physical prototype and validation. Packaging sample locked with the client.
  3. January — Main batch production after operational restart. Plant visits by appointment.
  4. February — Piece-by-piece QC, final packaging and delivery with insured courier. CFDI 4.0 invoice issued.

Frequently asked questions

What is the useful volume for a Q1 premium launch?

30 to 250 pieces. Below 30 we operate under signed unique-piece model. Above 250 the curation changes scale and we recommend opening a parallel second batch for specialty press and distribution network.

Can you sign NDA with the client and with the advertising agency?

Yes. We sign NDA, NNN and non-disclosure agreements at piece, batch and final-client level. The curation process operates under internal code and physical samples are destroyed at project close if the client requests it, with a deed signed by both parties.

Can you operate under automotive industry confidentiality clauses?

Yes. We operate under the confidentiality clauses of domestic assemblers and of OEMs with parent in Germany, Japan and Korea, including the handling of prototypes, plans and unpublished materials. We sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the brief and operate under access code.

Are you USMCA-certified for OEMs based in the United States?

We operate as a Mexican workshop under USMCA. We issue Certificate of Origin when the client requires non-preferential origin accreditation. Delivery happens on Mexican soil and, if export is required, the import is the client's responsibility.

Corp-Merch operates as an independent corporate merch supplier. We are not the organizer, sponsor, supporter or affiliate of the automotive brands, assemblers or OEMs where our clients deliver merch. Each quote responds to a client brief and is executed under a curated services contract, without equity or exclusivity with the brand, its parent or its distribution network.

Regional logistics and state coverage

We operate a supplier network across Mexico City, Estado de México, Jalisco, Nuevo León, Querétaro and Yucatán. For deliveries to Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Baja California and Quintana Roo we work with carriers specialized in fragile and high-value freight. Delivery windows for the northern provinces run five to eight business days by destination; for the south-southeast four to six. We coordinate appointment at the client CEDIS, the employee address, or the event venue with pre-agreed schedule and signed reception. For deliveries to corporate offices with access control we request the responsible's ID and reception window at least five business days ahead.

Tracking runs via air waybill with delivery confirmation. For events with on-site setup we deliver twenty-four to forty-eight hours before launch for maneuvering room. For deliveries to haciendas and hotels with vehicle and personnel access rules, we request entry protocol forty-eight hours ahead. The CFDI 4.0 invoice rides attached to the email of the responsible of finance and your commercial direction. When the event operates inside Mexico City restricted traffic zones, we adjust schedule to the morning window before 10:00 or the evening window after 18:00 to avoid Hoy No Circula penalties.

What we do well and what we do not

We operate on the cadence of a premium launch: date changes by advertising agency dictum, packaging adjustments by creative direction decision, last-minute replacements requested by the board. We cover that dynamic with two physical mockup rounds at no extra cost, packaging adjustment without touching the main material within the first thirty days, and replacement of any piece damaged in transit with piece-by-piece traceability. We work with CFDI 4.0 ready to deduct, direct responsible on Mexico City time, NDA and non-disclosure agreement signed before the brief, and weekly progress report to the launch committee.

What we do not do: artist licensing without authorization, production with materials without origin traceability, or alliances with organizers or sponsors that commit your launch to a third party. If your launch asks for any of that, we talk before quoting.
