Puebla Agroindustrial Forum Q2 2026: high-altitude coffee, pulque maguey, berries and craft beer growers of Puebla–Tlaxcala, April–June

April, May and June are the quarter in which the growers and agroindustrialists of the Puebla–Tlaxcala corridor —CAVIA (Cámara Nacional de la Industria del Vestido), ANIAC, high-altitude coffee growers from Cuicatlán, Zongolica and the Sierra Norte, pulque-maguey growers from the Cholula and Huejotzingo region, berry growers from Atlixco and Cholula, craft brewers from the Beer Route— open the harvest calendar with the round of national and international buyers. The Puebla Agroindustrial Forum is the mid-year appointment where they meet with agroindustry, roasters, EU buyers and T-MEC agroindustry. We produce the exhibitor merch with delivery to the Puebla Convention Center and CFDI 4.0 invoicing with Carta Porte 3.0 when the shipment crosses the northern border.

Why Q2 in Puebla concentrates the country's coffee and berry harvest

The Puebla–Tlaxcala corridor operates with a harvest calendar that starts in April with high-altitude coffee and ends in November with late berries. The reason is the altitude and microclimate: the Sierra Norte de Puebla and the Cuicatlán region have altitudes between 1,200 and 1,800 meters that produce denomination-of-origin arabica coffee, while the Atlixco and Cholula valleys have altitudes between 1,800 and 2,200 meters that produce premium berries (blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry) for export to the United States and Canada under T-MEC.

The Puebla Agroindustrial Forum is the appointment where growers and agroindustrialists present the harvest lots to national and international buyers —German roasters (Tchibo, Dallmayr), US buyers (Green Mountain, Keurig Dr Pepper), European buyers (Lavazza, Illy), Asian buyers (UCC Uo), national buyers (Nescafé, Café de México). The Puebla Convention Center floor fills with stands of growers, roasters, commercializers and organic certifiers (Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, Fairtrade).

For IMMEX growers headquartered in Cuicatlán, Zongolica or Atlixco, the Forum cycle overlaps with the pedimentos calendar: the merch enters the Forum under temporary export and is nacionalizado at the close of the event when it stays in the Mexican buyer's warehouse. We generate the CFDI 4.0 with the Complemento de Comercio Exterior 2.0 from the first delivery and close the pedimento when the exhibitor requires it.

Cost and operations for the Puebla Agroindustrial Forum

The standard per-grower bundle starts at MXN 1,140 before IVA for runs of four to six growers. For eight-grower runs it drops to MXN 960. The general MOQ is four growers; stands with fewer than four are quoted with an additional fixed charge for the complexity of the back wall and the kitting per grower.

We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA breakdown to the SAT in national currency. For IMMEX corporate buyers we manage the payment complement in USD at the Banco de México fix of the day and the corresponding trail. For buyers receiving the charge in USD from Hamburg, Trieste or New York we manage the pedimento with the grower's customs broker.

Lead time is twenty to thirty business days from art approval to produce the full exhibitor bundle. For growers with less lead time we operate express production at an additional cost. Delivery is made five business days before setup to give the commercial team margin to do the kitting per grower and the stand distribution.
