We work with groups invoicing under general regime or RESICO and with foreign-capital corporates receiving the charge in USD with payment complement at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day. For publishers and producers with imported material to present at the gathering we handle the temporary-import pedimento with the corporate's customs broker.

The standard bundle per attendee starts at MXN 1,290 before IVA on 40-80 attendee runs. For 80-150 attendee runs it drops to MXN 1,090. General MOQ is 30 attendees; gatherings with fewer than 30 attendees are quoted with an additional fixed charge for the complexity of per-creative-team kitting.
We invoice CFDI 4.0 with 16% IVA itemised to the SAT in national currency. For corporates receiving the charge in dollars we issue the invoice in MXN at the Bank of Mexico exchange rate of the day and deliver the payment complement with the USD trail. For gatherings including temporarily imported material we handle the temporary-import pedimento with the corporate's customs broker.
Lead time is 20 to 30 working days from artwork approval to produce the full Morelos Q3 bundle. For gatherings with shorter lead time we offer express production at additional cost. Delivery runs five to seven working days before the event so the corporate can kit by attendee and distribute at the cultural space.
