The distributor data handling complies with LFPDPPP: distributor data is used only for the gift, recognition, commercial follow-up and post-convention report, not shared with third parties outside the corporate, deleted from our systems 365 days after the convention, and the distributor can request early deletion through the privacy notice published on the corporate site. The invoice is issued with CFDI 4.0 to SAT with 16% VAT breakdown, ISR withholding when applicable for taxed gifts per Article 93 of the ISR Law and support for deduction as Sales expense or Marketing expense per the corporate's tax case.
