Corporate Christmas gifts for employees, clients and board members
Year-end concentrates the largest share of corporate merch budgets in Mexico. For clients who need to deliver Christmas gifts to employees, strategic accounts, board members and key suppliers, we run personalised sets with Mexican-origin products, individual packing and consolidated delivery to one or multiple addresses in a single run. The operational window closes around 30 November to guarantee delivery before 20 December without paying for expedited freight.
Three gift tiers, one consolidated operation
The year-end programme typically splits into three parallel tiers: one for the company's own employees, one for strategic clients and accounts, and one for board members and key suppliers. Each tier carries its own per-piece budget and its own product type. Running the three tiers through a single quote is common and lets us optimise freight and consolidate the invoice on one CFDI 4.0.
For employees, the typical range sits between MXN 250 and MXN 600 per piece — engraved thermos, office kit, polar blanket with embroidery, Mexican candy set. For strategic clients the range rises to MXN 800–2,500 — gift box with regional wine or spirit, leather notebook, gourmet set. For board and VIP suppliers the range moves between MXN 3,000 and MXN 10,000 — premium box with denomination-of-origin products, engraved luxury pen, personalised travel piece.
Most-requested year-end gift sets

Family set — togetherness kit

Year-end logistics: the date matters
Mexico runs a peculiar operational calendar at year-end. The last fortnight of November already shows courier saturation; the first week of December becomes critical; the second week is practically impossible to guarantee home delivery without paying expedited rates. Our operational recommendation is to close orders between 5 and 25 November for guaranteed production and delivery before 20 December. After that date we only run with an urgency surcharge and a reduced window.
For delivery to multiple branches in a single run, we run a consolidated route with a master waybill and individual delivery per address with signature confirmation. Each delivery is documented with photo and digital signature. For delivery to the employee's home, we request a roster with full address and contact phone. For office delivery we coordinate a single window with the administrative manager so reception is not congested.
Mexican products with denomination of origin
One of the strongest trends in Mexican corporate year-end gifts over the last three years has been the inclusion of regional products with denomination of origin or collective brand. We stock coffee from Chiapas (Sierra Madre and Soconusco regions), Oaxacan chocolate with criollo cacao, artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca (with collective-brand label), tequila from Jalisco with collective brand, mole poblano from San Pedro Cholula or Tlaxcala, Colima salt, Yucatán honey, vanilla from Papantla, Puebla talavera and Olinalá crafts.
For hotel chains and companies headquartered abroad, these sets work as brand-Mexico ambassadors — recipients in Europe, Asia or North America receive a gift that communicates origin, care and uniqueness. We quote including the regional product cost, the packing, the personalisation with your logo and the shipping. The CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued with 16% IVA itemised and, when applicable, the comercio exterior complemento for export as a corporate gift.
FAQ — corporate Christmas gifts
What is the order deadline?
For guaranteed delivery before 20 December we close orders on 25 November. After that date we run on the urgency line with reduced window up to 10 December.
Can you handle multiple recipients with individual names?
Yes — we receive the roster in Excel and each piece carries the recipient's name on the card or in the engraving. Individual personalisation is quoted separately when applicable.
Do you deliver to the employee's home?
Yes, with a trackable waybill and delivery confirmation. For hard-to-reach areas (rural communities, mountain zones) we evaluate case by case.
Can you fill sets for 5,000 employees?
Yes — we run capacity for large series. For 1,000+ piece sets we recommend an early brief (September) to secure regional product inventory and packing capacity.
Do you issue CFDI 4.0 invoices?
Yes — every operation is invoiced on a CFDI 4.0 stamped by SAT, 16% IVA itemised, complemento de pagos when you settle. For IMMEX operations we issue with the comercio exterior complemento.
Request a year-end gift quote
Send us recipient count per tier (employees, clients, board), per-piece budget, delivery deadline and whether you have previous sets as reference. We prepare three proposals with different product combinations so you can pick the one that best fits your year-end brief.
