Frequently asked questions

Bulk orders

How we quote, schedule, consolidate, and deliver orders above a thousand units with production capacity in Mexico and customs compliance when applicable.

Why large orders deserve their own flow

From a thousand units per style, lead times, materials, and labor all change. A run of three thousand embroidered polo shirts does not get planned the same way as three hundred. That is why we keep a dedicated flow for bulk orders with milestone scheduling, multi-site delivery, and a single point of contact on the Corp-Merch side.

We work with pricing tiers at 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000 units. From a thousand onward, the price also changes per technique: at higher volume the assembly time per unit goes down, which lowers cost without sacrificing quality. We hand over the table with the discount applied to your exact volume, not rounded up.

For operations running an IMMEX program we handle delivery with a pedimento and border crossing when applicable. For Mexico-only operations we ship with a CFDI invoice and Carta Porte to one or several sites, consolidating up to five destinations into a single purchase order with a parent CFDI and child CFDIs per destination.

When the volume justifies it, we set up a private portal for your account where you see production progress, photo evidence per stage, delivery calendars, and downloadable invoices, XML, and Carta Porte. That cuts down the email traffic that usually slows things down when several people on your side are touching the order.

For bulk orders we handle payment in installments. The initial invoice covers the deposit; on each installment we issue a payment complement with its own derived folio linked to the source CFDI as SAT requires since CFDI 4.0 came into force. That way your accounting system closes the cycle without manual entries and without losing the traceability your internal audit requires.

When the volume spans several suppliers or carriers, we consolidate the full documentation set into a single package delivered with the final product. That includes the parent CFDI, child CFDIs per destination, payment complements, Carta Porte, pedimentos when applicable, and quality or organic certificates if your audit requires them. The package lands on your procurement desk in PDF and XML, ready to load into your accounting system or ERP without transformation.

Frequently asked questions about bulk orders

What procurement, logistics, and operations teams most often ask before locking in a large order.

From how many units does volume pricing kick in?

From one thousand units per style and technique. The tiers are 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000. For more than ten thousand we quote per project and usually break the production into weekly batches to avoid saturating the plant.

How long does a three-thousand-unit order take?

For apparel with embroidery or screen printing, production takes twenty to twenty-five business days from artwork approval. For engraving on rigid items, fifteen to twenty days. For sublimation or DTF, eighteen days on average. Exact timing is confirmed when we receive your brief with quantities and destinations.

Can you consolidate several destinations into one order?

Yes. We consolidate up to five destinations into a single purchase order with a parent CFDI and child CFDIs per destination when your accounting system requires it. This usually helps teams with distributed operations, regional branches, or rotating field sales forces.

How do you handle orders delivered to an IMMEX plant?

When the shipment crosses the border as a temporary import, we issue a pedimento and hand it to your customs broker, archived on your portal. For in-country deliveries without a border crossing, a CFDI and Carta Porte are enough. If your original supplier is abroad but the final product is assembled in Mexico, we declare that on the proforma so your compliance stays clean.

Can you deliver in phases instead of one shipment?

Yes. For orders above two thousand units we recommend phased delivery, which lowers storage risk at your plant and lets you adjust quantities if demand shifts. We schedule each phase with its own Carta Porte and CFDI.

Do you have plant capacity for seasonal peaks?

Yes. For peak seasons like December, Hot Sale, or Buen Fin we open extra shifts starting in September and lock capacity with our apparel suppliers. If your order is seasonal, send the brief at least eight weeks ahead to guarantee capacity.

Can you assemble consolidated kits with several products?

Yes. We assemble kits with apparel, rigid items, stationery, and candy on a single packaging line. Each component carries its own batch-level traceability and ships assembled, with a personalized card when applicable. This is what HR teams most often order for onboarding and internal events. The packaging line accepts up to twelve components per kit without affecting cycle time.
